Usage
Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with soap and water.

Horrible!

I have used this product for the last 8 to ten years.
Clumps constantly fall in my eyes,hard to remove, and my eyelashes has never been so sparse since using this. Why would you switch a perfectly good product to this garbage ???

Too much product on wand after removing from tube.

I have bought this product a couple of times. I like the result but way too much mascara comes out of the tube. It's such a waste to have to wipe it down to use it.

Burgundy shade do not fulfill the expectetations

I recently purchased your mascara in the Burgundy shade, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The main issue is that the mascara weighed down my lashes and completely took away the curl, even though I had curled them beforehand. I also chose the Burgundy shade because I was expecting a noticeable burgundy/wine tone, but unfortunately, the color was barely visible on my lashes. It looked almost like a regular dark mascara.
I was really excited to try this product, so I wanted to share my experience and see if there is anything you can recommend or if there is a way to resolve this issue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Basically waterproof anymore

I’ve been using the voluminous mascara for close to 30 years. I recommend to everyone and always have… until recently
It’s completely different! Starts burning my eyes mid day and ITS BASICALLY WATERPROOF now… if I wanted waterproof then I’d buy waterproof… I want the original voluminous mascara back! I’m shopping new mascaras for the first time in almost 30 years… WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE such a great product?

Don't buy this voluminous mascara

I am extremely disappointed in this mascara. Clumpy. Way too much mascara on the brush.

An absolute beast to remove--you will lose lashes!

I was using this product religiously for awhile and now I've the past several months it has distinctly changed to wear it no longer washes off with warm soapy water...and barely responds to micellar water or makeup cleaner wipes designed for waterproof mascara! It has been a nightmare trying to get it off my lashes and I. The process I lost many of them which is heartbreaking and also a little engaging. I never buy waterproof mascara for this very reason...I end up with half the lashes I started with! You can't market this formula anymore as being washable! It's a lie and dangerous!

Awful:(

I have used this product for years and so has family and friends. We have all noticed the change and hate it!! It is hard to take off. Causes eyelashes to fall out. Clumps! I am sad to say I will not buy this anymore and will have to find a new product. So sad:(

Huge disappointment.

I've used colored mascara for a few years now so I thought I'd try these 2 colors. What a disappointment! Not only are the colors not apparent on my lashes (still look black), the formula is highly irritating to my eyes, pretty clumpy and took 5 or 6 tries to fully remove, which caused further irritation. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I expected better from L'oreal.
