Usage
Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with soap and water.

I have used this product for years and so has family and friends. We have all noticed the change and hate it!! It is hard to take off. Causes eyelashes to fall out. Clumps! I am sad to say I will not buy this anymore and will have to find a new product. So sad:(
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great for Oily Skin

I’ve tried every mascara under the sun last 15 years. It has been hard to find one but does not smear with my oily skin or flake, and does not irritate my eyes. This girl is perfect and stays on all day. I just wish they would make a brown waterproof version! With more natural eyelashes trending, the black brown is a little too dark for my complexion.

I'm a red head who used to wear contacts and I've used this waterproof mascara in Black Brown my whole life. Unfortunately, since you changed the formula, and not for the better, I will be finding another manufacturer altogether since you don't have any other brown shade in waterproof at all. I don't understand why you make numerous shades of black and only ONE in brown? Black looks very harsh on us light skin people. I guess we don't matter to you since there are many others to buy your product. OH wait, even they are complaining about it too!

Formula changed for sure

This has been my favourite mascara for years. But I've noticed it's dry and flaky and gives me no more volume. They changed the formula for sure. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm moving on. This used to be tops but those days are sadly done and I'm really sad about it.

Dried out and over priced!

It doesn't matter where I buy this mascara it is always dried out. Walmart is the better choice. Amazon, Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall are a definite no! I'm sick of spending good money for this old out of date crap, put a best before date on them.. Concentrate on the quality of your products and restock the stores with fresh products. After 25 years of using your products it time to make a change.

Dry mascara. No longer voluminous. Unfortunate. I have been using it for 20 years. It’s just really too bad that I have to go out and find a new brand after all these years. Where is the loyalty L’Oreal?

This was my favourite mascara. The new formula is terrible. It no longer gives my eyelashes that full and thick look. Doesn’t go on like it used to and it is difficult to remove almost like a waterproof mascara. I have been using this mascara for 15 years but very disappointed with the new formula.

I have been using this for years. The volume I used to get from this mascara is not working anymore. The mascara seems very clumpy and sticky. I think the formula has changed. Will be looking for a new mascara
