Usage
Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with soap and water.

Not the same formula!

I've used this mascara for years. I would buy more expensive brands from time to time, but always came back to this one because it was a fabulous mascara for the price. But sadly, I think I need to find a replacement. This last tube is terrible! It smudges and smears. It's so bad that I wondered if I got a bad tube or if Loreal has changed formulas. I came to the Loreal website to see if others were having recent issues and it appears I'm not the only one that has noticed a change in the quality.

Hate new formula

Why did you change the formula? I’ve been using this for over 15 years and now I’m trying to find a replacement.

Used to love, hate the new curved brush

I used to absolutely love this product. I has been my go-to mascara for years. The last tube I bought, the wand has changed, and I hate it. I don’t know what prompted the change from a straight brush to curved, but it is the worst. Too much mascara stays on the brush and it now goes on in a clumpy mess. Please go back to the straight brush.

Leave a Good Thing Alone

I am 69 years old and have use Voluminous mascara as long as I can remember. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the last 2 or 3 I purchased until I noticed "24 Hour Wear" on the packaging. I don' t wear my make up for 24 hours. I don't need it to hold up that long. I wash my makeup off religiously every evening. The mascara is resistant to my usual removal methods whether with a wash cloth in the shower or make up remover at the sink. It fleks and flakes and ends up all over my face, in my eyebrows and hairline. I am so disappointed. You know the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Try that logic how about.

Allergic Reaction

I have us Voluminous curved brush mascara for over 20 years. Sadly I had to stop using it this June - each time I used the mascara my eyes would become irritated, itchy, watery and become extremely swollen. Initally I thought the reaction was due to an old tube, so I tried a new tube even different colors (black, brown and burgundy) all resulting in the same allergic reaction. I went makeup free during the summer to give my eyes a break and tried a new tube for the first day of school and ended the school day with red swollen eyes. I am so disappointed that I can no longer use Voluminous mascara.

Horrible!

I have used this product for the last 8 to ten years.
Clumps constantly fall in my eyes,hard to remove, and my eyelashes has never been so sparse since using this. Why would you switch a perfectly good product to this garbage ???

Too much product on wand after removing from tube.

I have bought this product a couple of times. I like the result but way too much mascara comes out of the tube. It's such a waste to have to wipe it down to use it.
