I like the feel and coverage of this foundation but choosing the right colour is really difficult. I chose shade 140 from the website, which looked like a nice neutral beige, but on my skin it was very yellow ! Totally the wrong shade for me. I will try again to select another shade because I do really like this foundation.

The shade Cool 15 was a perfect match for my skin tone . I also love the compact packaging- it’s so easy to carry in my purse, for quick touch-ups throughout the day.
For the best results, I recommend applying it to well-moisturized skin. It looks even more flawless and stay comfortable all day. Definitely one of my favorite cushion foundation.

Great foundation but poor shade selection

I bought this cushion foundation a couple of weeks ago and I’m in love with it! It’s super easy to apply and looks lovely on my skin and wears beautifully throughout the day. I usually wear high end makeup and foundations that are triple the price of this cushion but I was recommended to give this a try and I’m definitely impressed and loving it. The only downside is the shade range is really poor and it doesn’t match me that well but I can make it work. Australia gets 8 shades while the USA gets 20 why? And the shades we do have are all quite yellow based. Time to step up L’Oreal and bring a wider shade selection to Australia.

Good buildable coverage, not for dry skin though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was overall a pretty decent foundation! I found it to have good, buildable coverage and it was extremely easy to apply. It did take a while to 'melt' into my skin, and felt like it sat top for the first 10ish minutes. I was also disappointed to see that it did emphasize any dry skin on my face (which is prominent due to tretinoin right now) - so I wouldn't reccomend it for people with dry skin. The color was true to expectations, I just unfortunately received the neutral tone instead of warm tone, so the yellow undertones didnt work as well for my face. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with oily-to-normal skin who are looking for medium-to-full coverage!

I have tried their concealer from this line and thought it was way too thick and dry for my taste and so I was a little bit hesitant that this would be a little too heavy for me because I like a very lightweight foundation just to even out the complexion and then I usually spot conceal as needed. However, I couldn’t get smooth coverage even though I’ve tried it multiple times and with and without a primer. It seemed to really look cakey and not hide my fine lines or dark spots. It also comes off very easily so it would end up on my clothes or my kids if I was carrying them or anything.

However, my expectations were blown out of the water! It perfectly blurred my pores and provided amazing coverage without the weight or looking cakey. It’s like your skin, but better. It’s the perfect mixture of matte and dewy, more of a satin finish. I’m very impressed. I haven’t found a foundation that I really love in years and this may just be it!

So far I'm liking this foundation! It's really lightweight. It provided good coverage even with one layer. I can have difficulty covering up my redness and this did a great job with that. I didn’t experience noticeable oxidization thankfully (I need the lightest shade). It has more of a matte finish which isn't always ideal for my dry skin. The formula doesn't seem too dry, but I will definitely have to do skin prep with it.
