HOW TO USE
Perform allergy test 48 hours before coloring
Step 1 : Pour the shimmering conditioning colour gel & the shimmer serum ampoule into developer bottle and shake well.
Step 2 : Apply the mixture on the mid-lengths and stay away form the scalp (2cm - 1 inch). Saturate thoroughly. Wait for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Apply remaining mixture to roots, until completely saturated. Wait for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Rinse the colour.
Step 5 : Apply conditioner & leave in for 2 minutes.
Step 6 : Rinse and style.

great colour, issues with 1 of the products

I love the end resulted colour. On my brown hair it is a wonderful auburn. The issue I had was with the little container of red to add to the processor, it stains EVERYTHING and gets everywhere. I was very disappointed in this item because of the staining, NOT because of the results.

Didn't work at all, I did exactly what it said and put up with the horrid smell for half an hour, only to be punched in the face by the crappy results of a bad hair dye

DOESNT WORK FOR DARK HAIR

DOES NOT WORK FOR DARK HAIR. the box shows dark brown hair is suitable it doesn’t work. First day I dyed it my hair was too oily and looked greasy. Second day of washing even using colour safe hair products you can’t see the colour. Paid full price and waste of money

I don’t know how it would feel on the scalp because of that, but the instructions were easy and the coverage was good! It was just the color for me.

I super excited to use this hair dye! Ive heard amazing things about it and it did nothing to my hair. I followed the instructions and everything. I saw the color getting darker and when I rinsed it out nothing changed.

Beautiful color, used this on dark brown hair, the red pigment definitely shows! My only complaint is that on the box, the color has more purple tint than it does on my hair.

This color did absolutely nothing. No color showing in the water when I rinsed it out at all - went back and triple checked that I had mixed the right components and did it correctly, and I had. The mix in the bottle didn't even show any color after sitting for over 30 minutes!

Great scent for a hair dye

Still heartbroken more then a year and a half late

I used this product over a year and a half ago, it ended up burning my scalp, and nearly all of my hair falling out. My hair will still not grow out and I was never even written an apology, or anything. Super dissapointed in this company. My hair is now so brittle and its scary to even brush it. I still have left over marks from where it burnt my skin, and have been very depressed since this has happened

I followed the directions and let the product stay on my hair for 40 mins- absolutely nothing happened. The color and developer are not reacting together which unfortunately sounds like a common product. Going with a different brand next time

Bought to do my sister's hair for prom we had a bright blonde to put it on it only took on one singular spot and I had used the whole bottle and followed all the directions. Beyond disappointed!

Where has M10 Azure Blue gone? it's now called Rich Blue here online on L'oreal's website. I can't find ANY BLUE, Blue Black, etc, in ANY STORE! What is going on? I've been using this color (M10) for YEARS and LOVE IT. Can someone help me? I am on the West Coast of Canada.

I'm very confident to buy the L Oreal as it is a trusted brand and given the price, but I'm disappointed with the result. Doesn't colored my hair as expected, it just looks black and just some splash of red 🙁

The shine it gives is beautiful, and it doesn’t look flat or dull like some other black dyes. The only downfall is that it is permanent. Application is pretty straightforward, and the included conditioner leaves the hair feeling soft and smooth afterward.

Awful Colour Result

I tried to darken my naturally white hair, and used the Feria cool brown and it turned it a dark gray/blue colour. Definitely not pleased with the results, had to bleach it out and tone it.

Hair blacker for more days 🥰
