HOW TO USE
Perform allergy test 48 hours before coloring
Step 1 : Pour the shimmering conditioning colour gel & the shimmer serum ampoule into developer bottle and shake well.
Step 2 : Apply the mixture on the mid-lengths and stay away form the scalp (2cm - 1 inch). Saturate thoroughly. Wait for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Apply remaining mixture to roots, until completely saturated. Wait for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Rinse the colour.
Step 5 : Apply conditioner & leave in for 2 minutes.
Step 6 : Rinse and style.

great colour, issues with 1 of the products

I love the end resulted colour. On my brown hair it is a wonderful auburn. The issue I had was with the little container of red to add to the processor, it stains EVERYTHING and gets everywhere. I was very disappointed in this item because of the staining, NOT because of the results.

DOESNT WORK FOR DARK HAIR

DOES NOT WORK FOR DARK HAIR. the box shows dark brown hair is suitable it doesn’t work. First day I dyed it my hair was too oily and looked greasy. Second day of washing even using colour safe hair products you can’t see the colour. Paid full price and waste of money

Still heartbroken more then a year and a half late

I used this product over a year and a half ago, it ended up burning my scalp, and nearly all of my hair falling out. My hair will still not grow out and I was never even written an apology, or anything. Super dissapointed in this company. My hair is now so brittle and its scary to even brush it. I still have left over marks from where it burnt my skin, and have been very depressed since this has happened

I followed the directions and let the product stay on my hair for 40 mins- absolutely nothing happened. The color and developer are not reacting together which unfortunately sounds like a common product. Going with a different brand next time

Crap results!

Bought to do my sister's hair for prom we had a bright blonde to put it on it only took on one singular spot and I had used the whole bottle and followed all the directions. Beyond disappointed!

Where has M10 Azure Blue gone? it's now called Rich Blue here online on L'oreal's website. I can't find ANY BLUE, Blue Black, etc, in ANY STORE! What is going on? I've been using this color (M10) for YEARS and LOVE IT. Can someone help me? I am on the West Coast of Canada.

Awful Colour Result

I tried to darken my naturally white hair, and used the Feria cool brown and it turned it a dark gray/blue colour. Definitely not pleased with the results, had to bleach it out and tone it.

L'Oréal Paris Feria Jet Black Hair Color with Conditioner and Bonding Care Complex is an awesome hair dye option that delivers a deep, glossy, and vibrant jet-black look to your hair. I always use the dark brown tone but wanted a more intense look with jet black tone this winter. I was impressed when the box contained everything I could need to easily color my hair at home. The box includes clear instructions, a color developer, the colorant, and a small bottle of conditioner with a bonding care complex. The packaging is user-friendly, with easy-to-understand steps that even beginners can use the product effectively. The colorant and developer are provided in a squeezable format, which makes mixing and application less messy and more convenient to make and apply. I kept in on for 40 minutes as I had a few greys to cover . The process overall took me an hour and half from start to finish. Resulting in shiny , smooth glossy well dyed hair . I really liked the final look and was easy to maintain for a month without proper shampoo and conditioner from the Loreal Range. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good safe dye with good ingredients which is easy to apply,set and wash .

I tried the Feria permanent hair colour caramel brown and I have to say the results were better than I expected. The instructions were easy to follow and colour did hold to my hair fairly well. I used it for highlights to my dark brown hair and it is definitely noticeable at first glance. In the sunlight, there is a strong reflection against the highlights. The instructions are easy and straightforward and you have everything you'll need in the box. I love the fact that this hair dye doesn't contain ammonia. This does not irritate the scalp and does not make it itch!! I dont feel this is a harsh formula on the hair, and i have very dry damaged frizzy hair. Not a strong scent like other box dyes either. the quantity of product is just enough for your hair. I received jet black and i have to say i was impressed with how dark and vibrant it was! Received this product free to try from topboxcircle in exchange for a honest review. I used to dye my hair red often so this was nice. I dyed it over black hair ( previously dyed) and it didn’t come out super red, but it was nice hint of color. I like L’Oréal hair dyes, they work well for my hair

I really like the size,colour ,shine and quantity but it's really hard on eyes the time of application,I was all so teary because of strong chemicals and strong fumes .
I wish this colour stays longer and covers my grays but unfortunately it didn't cover my grays which made me negative for this .

Not the right color for me

Perfect colour

I've always liked the Feria line. This colour is very bold. My hair is black and it still showed through. Especially in the sunlight. The formula isn't very harsh and the smell is not too pungent. Rich color

Would try a different colour

The smell of this was very off setting like any box dye, but was willing to give it a try on my virgin hair. I am slightly darker than the model on the box and tried this out. Unfortunately it did not change my hair very much but will give another colour a try. I did have a friend who dyes her hair often assist me but still didn't get the desired results.
