Infallible Lacque Resistance Lipstick

Pretty color but doesnt stay. Which is why I was buying it, I wanted it to stay on all day. Im trying to find something to replace the discontinued Loreal infallible pro 2 step long wear lip color that Ive used for 15 years, this isnt going to be the replacement though. I will never understand why beauty companies discontinue something to replace it with an inferior product. The old infallible pro 2 step lip color lasted ALL day, they should of kept this product and added new colors.

The formula is drying and a bit sticky with some transfer issues even when dried down. Pigment settles into the lip lines and adding any balm or gloss over causes the lipstick to break down. The color payout however is bold and good with a single layer of application. it dry's out my lips, sticky, does not last. I do not recommend to buy it. If you’re looking for a lipstick, that’s gonna last you all day this lipstick last literally all day. Another thing is that it is a little hard to come off so be sure to have something that can scrub it off properly. This red wasn’t really flattering on my skin, but it could be for others if you’re looking for this type of Red.

It gives a matte-looking finish, but the lips still feel hydrated and comfortable. Because the formula is more moisturizing, it doesn’t fully dry down and does transfer a bit — but that also means it never feels drying or tight. It’s very comfortable to wear, easy to apply, and looks gorgeous on the lips. A perfect option if you love a soft matte look with hydration.

It’s also transfer proof on contact although wiping does remove some of the product, though the color does stay very well. Shake well before use and also be sure to apply on clean lips. I made the mistake of applying after I used a lipgloss and it altered the formula of my lipstick making it transfer very easily on contact. Overall very comfortable to use with no scent. It’s the kind of lipstick that you put on and not have to worry about checking the mirror every five minutes which is incredible for a red lipstick. Definitely would recommend.

I like that it came with a wand applicator because this made it easy to apply the lipstick and get it exactly where I needed it. The wand was easy to use and held a lot of the liquid lipstick so that I could apply it directly to my lip line without it bleeding onto my skin. The color is vibrant and gorgeous. It dried within 30 seconds of applying, so I didn't have to worry about it getting onto my teeth. It feels like a liquid going on but once it dries quickly it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything at all on my lips. I found that it lasted all day at work, even through drinking my coffee and eating lunch. I never had to reapply. My favorite part about this lipstick is that you apply it once and then you don't have to worry about it all day.

I put it on in the morning, ran errands, had coffee, talked all day, went out to dinner and it still held on. It dries down to a soft matte that doesn’t feel tight or crusty, and the pigment? Poppin’ in one swipe.

I was using L'Oreal 12 hour lipstick wihich was fantastic. Why L'Oreal discontinued it is beyond me. I tried this lipstick and it's the worst lipstick I ever had...it's sticky on your lips, bleeds color right away. Stay away from this product. I have tried a it a couple times, making sure I shake it at least 10 seconds, made sure my lips were dry before application and each time I got the same miserable results. A very expensive mistake buying this.

I love the matte resistance lipstick and was hoping for a while that they would come out with with a shine version, so when I discovered these, I was in heaven. The formula stays all day and same with the shine. I get so many compliments when I wear these. I own every shade of each formula. The only thing missing from the infallible line is liquid blush.
