Infallible Lacque Resistance Lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh the pigmentation on this is insane!! One swipe and the color is a solid 10. My lips were pretty hydrated whilst wearing this. This stayed on my lips for a good 6 hours without any issues, besides only a little fading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Infallible Lacquer Risistance Liquid Lipstick 215 Drunk in Rose is a beautiful color! I think it would look lovely on every skin tone. It lasts all day without drying out. It feels very moisturizing and luxurious and a definite treat for your lips. I can eat and drink and the color saturation lasts! It does feel a little heavy but is definitely the lightest out of all the other all day wear brands I’ve tried. It goes on smooth and stays smooth even when you put on a second coat to build up the color. This is definitely my new go to all day liquid lipstick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Lacque Resistance Liquid Lipstick in the shade Drunk In Rose (215). I was excited to be getting this lipstick because the color displayed in the shade preview looked so pretty. Unfortunately I don't feel like the color I was shown is a true representation of the color I received in real life. Gone is the soft cool berryish colored dusty rose shade. Instead Drunk in Rose is much warmer than it appeared, which is not a good match for my cool pink skin tone. It also doesn't have the depth that was shown and is brighter than expected. The formula itself wasn't bad though. I would definitely agree it is long lasting, has a lacquer like shine, and is comfortable to wear, but I didn't find there to be zero transfer. If I blotted several times I could make it zero transfer, but then that took away from the color and shine so that was no good. I might would try the formula again in a different shade if I found one I really liked, but I would definitely have to go into a store and pick out the shade in person.

It’s definitely a multipurpose product, I use it as a blush too. It’s perfect to keep in your purse. It does dry quickly though! Be wary of that. My only con is that it doesn’t seem to last on the lips. I will absolutely purchase this once it runs out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is for a photo shoot, not a date. It applied poorly because it started drying immediately leading to thicker spots. If you quickly do it, seal it ASAP. A top coat would have also helped here. I got it because I wanted matte, this was chalk. There was transfer, it was dry, and it felt permanent like glue. It was easy to get off with good soap and water, but overall I could pass on this one. I really liked the color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The opacity for this product is great. One swipe id all you need. There was minimal transfer once you let it dry. The durability was so so. If you’re not eating or drinking it stays perfect but after a meal it was still there but less opaque and flaky. It also was a bit too drying for my lips. You would definitely have to moisturize your lips before using the product.

The base seems to be a more aqua based which I really liked it make it more of liquid application that easily glides. As it dries it’s this weird combination of hydrated but still a slight tightening which is common from these type of lip sticks. It is more comfortable then some but I have had others that barely feel like they are on your lips that is why I gave ot one less star. It does not move! It has a strong stay which means a regimented removal. A makeup wipe did not do it but rather an oil based clear stool or right off without stain! Over all a good vibrant light feeling pick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty color, 420 Le Rouge Paris was not a true blue but a really nice red. I was not a fan because of how sticky it felt. I know most gloss/lacquer finishes can feel more sticky, but just felt a bit uncomfortable. Has good lasting power, minimal transfer, but was not my preferred formula. Applicator was smaller and more precise, but still difficult to get a clean edge on certain areas of the lip. Might be a better option as a filler over another lip color.

I ate and drank and had it on for hours and I never had to reapply at all. I hope they come out with more colors because this is a must have!

However this formula and product, has changed my mind! Its lasts through out the day, I am about 6 hours in and one noodle meal in and it really hasnt transferred like I thought it would. It lost some of its shiny appearance but even the slightest fade it still looks amazing! In fact...to get this off I have to use micellar cleanser or a makeup wipe- it stays on that well for me! Added bonus...it dries and doesnt get on my teeth lol happens too often to me! Id recommend 👌 and im repurchasing in this color, because its chefs kiss 💋!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in exchange for an honest review. TLDR: I’m impressed by the performance for the price. I got 215, Drunk in Rose, a red rose shade. It has a medium-shiny lacquer appearance. The applicator is alright, not idiot-proof. It’s not a forgiving formula, so line before you apply to avoid needing a q-tip wet w/ micellar water. This product wears insanely well; I brushed my teeth while wearing this in the shower, and it didn’t budge or smear. After a while (food, drink, talk), it’ll start transferring as expected. It’s still hard to wipe off without a cleanser or makeup-specific assistance. I love how it doesn’t emphasize my texture. It basically seals your lips in color. It’s a little drying, so be nice to your lips after removing the makeup.

The lipstick has a shine that appears natural and is authentic to the color of the container. The brush tickles my lips a little bit when applying it but other than that, I think the application is easy to use and comes out vibrant. This is my lipstick for casual and daily use due to how well it highlights my features. The lipstick has great duration in staying on my lips. I don’t have problems with the removal process either. It’s a great lipstick for workdays, relaxation days, and days where you want to be yourself. It’s cute and doesn’t give “pick me” vibes.

It is one of those lipsticks that I reach for without thinking. The finish look natural and polished, and my lips never feel dry when I wear it. I really like that Iì is no scent. It feels light on my lips and go on smoothly. It hold up well through the day with normal talking and light eating, and when I am done, it comes off easily without a lot of effort. I enjoy wearing it.

Did not notice any scent. Would love to try other colors because this wasn’t my fav on me - but that’s my fault!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drunk in rose is such a valentine lipstick. The color is a dark tone red that looks beautiful for any occasion. Before you use it, you have to shake well and then simply apply it to your lips. Once dry, it’s a little sticky but it does stay on! I didn’t have too much trouble removing it with a makeup remover wipe after a night out.

Pretty color but doesnt stay. Which is why I was buying it, I wanted it to stay on all day. Im trying to find something to replace the discontinued Loreal infallible pro 2 step long wear lip color that Ive used for 15 years, this isnt going to be the replacement though. I will never understand why beauty companies discontinue something to replace it with an inferior product. The old infallible pro 2 step lip color lasted ALL day, they should of kept this product and added new colors.

The shade I received was 215 Drunk in Rose. It is a much darker rose color that pulls a bit brown on my complexion. It is a beautiful nighttime shade, and would also be perfect for the autumn and winter months because of the rich depth of color. The formula is very long-wearing and stays put nicely when eating and drinking. It also didn’t transfer onto my utensils or glass. I appreciated that it didn’t dry out my lips like some long-wearing lipsticks I’ve tried in the past. Pick a shade and give it a try!

I dont think this was the best shade of red for me as its it more of a brick red which isn't a versatile color on my complexion. But still beautiful.
