My hair literally started falling out as soon as I started using this. When I stopped, my hair stopped falling out but when I started again so much hair shed. Made my head of hair look visibly thinner. Can’t get a refund.

Growth booster shampoo, please do a strand test

I had the worst experience ever with this shampoo. I was suffering of mild hair loss after surgery, they call it “telogen effluvium” that is normal and subsides with time. No bald poaches neither obvious hair loss only I noticed it in my house and clothes. I bought this shampoo and serum to help with this and ended up being worse than the actual mild hair loss.
I washed it in the shower and left it in a bun above my head a few minutes to let it work while I was showering my body. When I went to rinse it, it was a hard knot I couldn’t get comb through. I tried several conditioners(all elvive ones) without avail. I contacted L’Oréal and they did mention some people had experienced knotting. They advised me to soak the hair in warm water 30 minutes and use a detangler, which didn’t work. My hair was waist long and now I have a knot at the top of my head that I’m going to have to cut today as it’s impossible to dissolve this knotted bun. I filed a report with pictures in boots as I seriously think there should be a warning to do a stand test. I am not allergic to the hair growth component as Ive used their conditioner before with the same ingredient. I’ve read several people have suffered severe knotting and tangling if it happens to you, Please report it in the store (boots my case), they will send a report and help to get these warnings on the label so this doesn’t happen to others. I’m completely devastated, losing my hair and having to cut it short has affected my self esteem and mental health. I am broken, my hair was lovely and always got compliments from strangers, I don’t know how I’m going to cope with this.

I bought this hair conditioner to replace the blue conditioner for thicker hair that you have discontinued. I was very disappointed that it was discontinued as I found it beneficial. The growth booster conditioner has made my head itch and has brought my forehead out in an itchy rash .

Almost immediately halted my menopausal,MJ, hair loss
Shampoo is surprisingly super rich only need a tiny bit
Conditioner works well on my frazzled bleached hair

I bought this a month ago. I used it like the instructions say on the bottle. I washed my hair with the shampoo + condition after every other day as that worked for my routine and then applied the serum every night before bed. It worked really well and made my hair feel nice and thick and the amount falling out reduced. After a week or two I started to get an itchy scalp and got bumps/lumps all over my scalp which are still there now. I reduced my use of the product and washed my hair with my normal shampoo but it has not stopped. My head is constantly itchy my hair loss has been consistent, I had patch tested this product on my skin before use and I had no reactions. It was a great concept but not a good product.

Je commence simplement la cure cela fait 3 jours que je l'utilise. Ce que je regrette c'est qu'il laisse sur les cheveux comme une sensation de cheveux gras ou poisseux c'est assez désagréable. A voir dans le temps si cela fonctionne au niveau de la diminution de la chute mais vraiment pas très agréable après application...

Extremely disappointed to have purchased the products from this range, including the shampoo, conditioner and serum only to be made aware of the main ingredient being extremely toxic to cats. As a cat owner I’m extremely upset that this wasn’t made a point in the sale of these products due to its toxicity to both cats and dogs. although the shampoo in this line wasn't the biggest hit for me I have been able to continue using this scalp serum, I will say I do see a lot of new growth starting to come in. I try to use this at least every second day but definitely try for daily. I didn't notice a scent to it or anything overall it was pretty good, didn't upset my scalp and has done what its supposed to.

Fantastic serum!

I have been using this serum for a few weeks and absolutely love it! I use a bit on my scalp and massage it gently and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing. I have definitely noticed a difference in the strength of my hair and it also looks shinier and healthier. Overall a great product and I'm looking forward to continuing to use it.

I’ve been pairing the L’Oréal Paris Density Booster Conditioner with the matching shampoo, and I have to say it really completes the routine. My hair feels softer, smoother, and a lot easier to manage after conditioning. It doesn’t weigh my hair down, which I love, and I’ve noticed less breakage when detangling.
The best part is that it’s silicone-free, so it doesn’t leave that heavy, coated feeling. Instead, my hair feels light, bouncy, and healthy. The texture of the conditioner is creamy but rinses out clean without residue.
The only small downside is that if your hair is very dry, you may need a little extra product for deep hydration. But overall, it really helps with reducing hair fall due to breakage and gives a healthy density boost.

Hold my curls while preventing hair loss

Been using the serum about 3 or 4 times a week after wash days, and I really like it so far. It has this ingredient i looked up Aminexil which apparently helps keep hair stronger at the roots which super helpful for my curls. The serum is lightweight absorbs quickly and doesn’t make my scalp greasy or creates any build up or anything like that doesn't mess with my curl pattern. Results obviously take time as we have the hair growth cycles but it feels like a simple effective step to support my growth and reducing hair fall

I've been using this product for a little while now as I received it free for testing purposes from top box circle and I must say Im not a huge fan I didn't notice any difference in hair fall however I did notice that when I was using it I ended up losing more hair while washing

I got this product about a month prior. It does make my scalp feel oily but nonetheless I have been using less than the stated amount in the instructions. I definitely didn’t like this serum when I tried on hand but I was glad and amazed to see that it didn’t make my scalp or hair greasy at all. Definitely worth investing in this leave in serum.

Incredible hair serum!!!!

I’ve been testing this about 5 weeks now and I have to say that it’s incredible!! I can’t say that it is a miracle serum, but from what I’ve seen so far. Quite some baby growth. Incredible serum, dupe for a high end brand, same ingredients, they do the exact same thing! I could not recommend this enough!! The whole line !
