[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shampoo by Loreal. It is very easy to use and you only need a little. The scent is fantastic and is it suitable for all hair types. Leaves hair soft, manageable and shiny. I would recommend this shampoo to everyone!

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this shampoo. The scent, shine, and softness were lovely, HOWEVER it caused severe scalp tingling/irritation, and hair shedding. The in shower application experience was pleasant and seemed to coat my hair well so I had high hopes. While rinsing however, I had a lot of hair fall out from the root, which I found odd since I never have hair shedding issues. I assumed it might just be odd coincidence and continued with the rest of the line, however after continuing on with the rest of the glycolic gloss line (conditioner, and leave in) and letting my hair dry, I started to notice sever scalp tingling about 10-30 minutes after I had finished my hair routine. I can confirm it was the shampoo because I only applied the rest of the glycolic gloss routine to my midlengths and ends. This tingling turned to burning and lasted 2-3 days even after using cold water on my scalp and using my other L'Oreal shampoo line. In conclusion I had high hopes and was very sad that this did not work out. The packaging, scent, and branding are phenomenal and I would love to know a way to make this shampoo work for me! I am a L'Oreal lover in general so please for anyone buying do not be descouraged! Everyone's hair is different. I personally have fine wavy hair and this DID add shine as promised.

Like with all L’Oreal shampoo’s it has a light fresh fragrance & has a rich formula. It lathers easily in my hair and then after using the conditioner , my hair looks smooth & shiney once dry. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try this because of the claims for glossy hair. I tried it a few years ago, when the formula used to say sulphate free. It looks like sulphates are back in now, so why not try with the new formula. I've used this for 5 days now, and my hair is slightly smoother than before. I can only hope that the smoothness will increase the longer I use it. The bottle appears to have changed now as well, the bottle used to have a streamline hard lid which looked great. the lid is not smaller, and looks less appealing in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this alongside the conditioner for the last few weeks and haven’t really seen a difference apart from a little softer feeling (my hair is naturally greying and quite coarse). However, my daughter has also used this on her mid brown hair, and it does look glossier and smoother, so I think it really depends on hair type and colour. We did both notice that it is quite heavy on your hair and made our hair feel greasy sooner than it usually would; we initially assumed we just needed to rinse our hair better, but after further uses realised that less of the product was needed.

I use bleach, colour and heat styling tools so it is vey important to use products that really work. This is working very well it is light weight and doesn’t make my hair flat. It smells amazing as well. I definitely recommend it.

Wether the glycolic acid is strong enough to work on the scalp similar to a face serum I don’t know or if my scalp just likes this particular mix of ingredients, but this worked to keep my scalp feeling super clean, less greasy and the hair clean but not stripped prior to conditioning. Plus it smells incredible.

Usually my hair needs a lot more hydration that I add with extra products however this time they were very soft, shiny and styled them easily!

I was a little skeptical as to whether this one would really make your helps shinier but I do actually think it works. It left my hair very shiny and soft.
