Extreme hair loss

I would give this product is zero or maybe even a minus score if I could. After about 4 weeks of using glycolic gloss my hair was falling out so rapidly I became bald from my forehead to the crown in a strip about 5 in wide. Thankfully my hair has slowly recovered since I quit using it. With all of the negative reviews and the reports of hair loss this product should probably be taken off the market.

I saw this in the store today and opted it versus the purple hydration one and am so glad I did. I am in love with the smell of this one that it is also our bodywash leaving a fabulous smell on your body. Can we just make a body wash version so it's cheaper on the pocket book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try this because of the claims for glossy hair. I tried it a few years ago, when the formula used to say sulphate free. It looks like sulphates are back in now, so why not try with the new formula. I've used this for 5 days now, and my hair is slightly smoother than before. I can only hope that the smoothness will increase the longer I use it. The bottle appears to have changed now as well, the bottle used to have a streamline hard lid which looked great. the lid is not smaller, and looks less appealing in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this alongside the shampoo for the last few weeks and haven’t really seen a difference apart from a little softer feeling (my hair is naturally greying and quite coarse). However, my daughter has also used this on her mid brown hair, and it does look glossier and smoother, so I think it really depends on hair type and colour. We did both notice that it is quite heavy on your hair and made our hair feel greasy sooner than it usually would; we initially assumed we just needed to rinse our hair better, but after further uses realised that less of the product was needed.

Lovely shampoo for coarser hair

My hair can be quite tangly and I’ve always enjoyed a L’Oréal conditioner to be able to give that slip as a basic product benefit? When it comes to this specific line of glycolic gloss i did think my hair seemed shinier and looked quite healthy and shiny post blow dry. After approx a month of using I continued to see benefits of that shine and healthy feeling hair which suggests it genuinely was the product and not just a one off. I really recommend!
