Usage
Step 1: Apply a generous amount on damp hair from scalp to ends.

Significant reduction in breakage and shedding!

It’s been almost a month since I started using the pre-shampoo treatment, the shampoo and conditioner. The difference in fallout is insane. From a brush full of hair daily to around 10 strands in the brush daily is meaningful improvement to me! I was amazed I had any hair left on my head thanks to post-menopausal hair changes. If you are on the fence, try this!

I’ve only used this once so far and instantly noticed a difference. It’s left my hair really soft and glossy! I’ve tried all kinds of expensive hair care products in the past but didn’t notice results as fast as I did with this one. Used both shampoo and condition.

I just bought this recently and I have used it once and can already feel a difference in my hair. It’s not made it completely I damaged but definitely less frizzy than usual. I can only imagine the results getting better with more use. Also if you want your hair and your whole bathroom to smell amazing then use this, my hair still smells good after two days!! Amazed and will be buying again.

Bought this instead of Redken …BIG MISTAKE, hair & scalp burned , itchy , have had to spend a fortune to restore . I have thick strong hair , but this made it look like a “Brillo pad” DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the only products that finally cured my hair. I've got fine wavy hair and they were very damaged after highlights. I tried so many masks and serums and was gonna do keratin treatment. Now I've tried this my hair returned to original smooth soft condition. I am so grateful! I was able to brush my hair with no pulling after the second use.

Didn't feel the need for it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really like this product. As a pre- shampoo, i felt like I needed to plan when I was going to wash my hair. Having to wash my hair over the sink, as I didn't wan to waste water having a shower for 5 minutes while I wait for the product to work wasn't great! The product didn't foam as a shampoo usually does. Not sure if was meant to though.
The product really didn't do anything for my hair. I think just using the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Bond Repair Shampoo is enough.

I read up a bit about pre treatments and was suprised, and couldn't wait to try it. I noticed a big difference in the health of my hair and it extended the time of having to wash my hair. Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has really helped to revive my damaged hair. After using for a few weeks my hair already feels stronger, smoother and a lot healthier. It's much more manageable and there is less hair on my hairbrush now. My hair is very long, goes all the way to my bottom. When I brushed it before, it felt like I was stretching my hair and it would sometimes snap. This product has really helped to stop all of that and make my hair feel a lot stronger. When I use all of the Elvive Bond Repair products together it feels like I've just come from a salon. I feel pampered and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend using it!

Something different to try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pre-shampoo as part of the 4-step system. I’m not used to using a pre-shampoo product, and I did find it tricky to distribute it through my hair if I left it too long between washes and my hair was too oily. It also needs to sit on the hair for 5 minutes before rinsing and shampooing, so it’s not the best if you’re trying to just get a quick wash in. In saying that, I do think it contributed to my hair feeling and looking smoother and stronger.

It doesn’t seem to lather up like normal shampoo so it kind of feels like you need a lot meaning the bottle won’t last as long, however, it is easy to use and let me tell you the clean feeling even after just this is insane haha it’s a clean soft feeling I’ve never felt with any other shampoo.
I would absolutely highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a try.

Time consuming, but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this pre-shampoo was the lovely (but not overpowering) scent that leaves hair smelling wonderful! I have never used a pre-shampoo before, but I’d definitely use this one again, as it left my hair feeling hydrated but not weighed down or heavy. The only down side is that you have to leave it in damp hair for five minutes, so it’s not conducive with your daily quick shower when combined with numerous other steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pre-shampoo has a lotion like consistency that requires a bit of work to spread it through the hair. I found that I needed quite a lot of product to really saturate my hair as directed. I could feel & see a noticeable difference in my hair from the very first wash using the full bond repair range, but I'm not sure if this is a necessary step every wash. It definitely extended my shower time as it needs to be left in for 5 minutes before following with the shampoo. After using it for 2 weeks my hair looks so much healthier, is much softer and more manageable. The highlight for me though is the massive reduction in hair loss. I'm not sure if this is due to less breakage or healthier hair follicles, but I am very happy with the results. I used this pre-shampoo in-conjunction with the shampoo, conditioner & leave-in serum. I look forward to seeing just how good my hair can get with continued use.

Thick yet effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elvis's new Bond Repair Pre-Shampoo is very good. I bleech my hair to a medium blonde shade and it always gets a bit of frizz unless I dry it very well after a regular shampoo. After the first application of the Bond Repair Pre-Shampoo I could instantly feel how much smoother my hair was. It's quite a thick formula so is a little heavy, but I just popped my hair in a bun while I waited to jump in the shower. I'm also glad it is sulphate free, the only thing I don't love (which is the same for other pre-treatments) is the wetting of the hair prior to putting it on!

A good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] L’Oréal Paris Elvive Bond Repair Rescue Pre-shampoo is a good product but I was not wowed by it on its own. What I like a lot about the conditioner and the serum in the Elvive Bond Repair range is that I felt those 2 items could be used on their own and still deliver great results.
But I didn’t feel that way about L’ Oréal Paris Elvive Bond Repair Rescue Pre-Shampoo as I didn’t see real benefits afterwards. Also it does add a 6-7 minutes to the hair care routine. With the current cost of living always increasing, I am trying to reduce costs so I am not keen to buy a rescue pre shampoo which is a bit pricey and requires to use more water unless it's an amazing product; I am very likely however to buy the Elvive Bond Repair conditioner and serum on their own as I felt those were more efficient. But in saying all that, the Elvive Bond Repair Rescue Pre-shampoo was pleasant to use. Texture and smell are good and my hair felt clean and light afterwards.
