Missing applicator

Well I have been using L'Oreal mascara for many years and will continue to use it. A first for me when I pulled the wand out the applicator was not there. The good news is you can get by using the wand. Luckily I also had an old wand/applicator to get by.

Poor formula

Good volume but maximum flaking and smudging!! I was so excited to try this product but after two hours of normal wear I have excessive flaking into my eyes causing them to water and the mascara to run.

Allergic reaction

I was so excited to try this new mascara considering I’ve used lash paradise since high school, roughly 7ish years. After purchasing and using this mascara I noticed my eyelids began to itch or get really sensitive and red. After many more uses my eyelids began to swell and burn. I’m sad that I’m allergic to this product considering I’m a huge fan of the mascara brand but I’d rather not have swollen and itchy eyelids so I will be throwing out my lash products. As well the mascara was very flaky and did not seem that waterproof.

Is it really waterproof?

Is anyone else finding this mascara to be not truly waterproof (flakes when met with humidity, tears, rain, etc)? I do give it credit for not running, but it is so flaky when met with any moisture and it washes off at the end of the day like any washable mascara. I am also struggling with the fact that when I try to build my lashes up with their recommended 15-30 strokes, I end up with clumps and globs. I bought this because of the influencer videos I saw recommending it, but now I'm thinking that they were paid to promote it.

Flaking and Irritation

I have been using Loreal mascara for 40 years ... with Splashout being my all-time favorite. I struggled to find a mascara after Splashout was discontinued. I tried this mascara about a year ago and initially fell in love with it ... but, the last two tubes I have purchased are flaking terribly ... and the flakes get into my eyes causing irritation and tearing ... what is going on Loreal?

Bad reaction to Mascara

I bought this mascara a week ago. The first time I tried it, my eyelids swelled, my sinuses were irritated and my nose ran within about 3 hours. Then my eyes started to sting and water. I washed the mascara off and a few hours later, my eyes were back to normal and my sinus irritation stopped. What do you put in this?
No, I do not recommend this product.

The holy grail

I have sad little eyelashes and do not have the time nor money for extensions. This mascara is the only thing that helps. It makes my lashes look long and gives them volume. I will never buy another kind of mascara.

Very difficult to clean!

I like the plumpness of the big deal mascara. However, I have a hard time cleaning it off. I only use one layer of the mascara. I wash with soap and washcloth then by hand then with mascara remover and end with a qtip.
No, I do not recommend this product.

They changed the formula and it’s awful now!!! I’ve loved this mascara for so long but now I’m ditching it because what?? It’s so clumpy, every time I close the bottle mascara seeps out the sides and is now on all my makeup. Whatever you changed it to is not it

Bad quality mascara

I bought the pink one. Honestly it’s a very bad product. It’s a wasting of money . It doesn’t last for a while and directly melts and creates dark circles under the eyes.

Brush keeps tearing up appart

Product is great, but this is the second time I've bought it and each time the tip of the brush breaks off (the last one was good for a couple of days!!!)... it's sooooo frustrating! This has never happened to me before with other brands, it's a shame because it's a great product but I wouldn't consider buying this a third time and risk loosing my money over a flaw in design

Gooped up before halfway through the tube.

I originally liked the mascara but didn't love it. The brush is too small for my lashes. It started out fine but not even halfway through the tube, it started gooping up bit time. It's so thick on my lashes that It takes forever to get the excess off and sort them out. I had to throw it away and go back to the Paradise which is what I was using prior to the Big Deal. It may have been a bad tube but I won't take a chance on it again.

Big Deal wasn't a big deal. Goopy..

I switched from the Voluminous® to the Paradise and it's better than the voluminous. I next tried the Big Deal and it was fine at first although I didn't like the small brush. But halfway through the tube, it started gooping up bit time. I had to throw it away as it was hard to get my eyelashes separated. I'll go back to the Paradise.

I really liked this mascara the couple of times I got to use it until the wand broke in the tube. I have never had that happen before. Needless to say it's a big disappointment and waste of money for an unusable product.

Easy to apply and makes a big difference
