Disappointed - the color has changed

I am shade 415 honey, they changed it. Now its a whole different shade. Its darker and much more red. NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR A NEW CONCEALER. This was my favorite and I recommended it to everyone. Now I cannot purchase it anymore because the color is not same. Extremely disappointed.

I love the product itself but there are two things I don't care for re this online product info for purchasing this. The numbers should also correspond with a number and vice versa. You only show the numbers on the arms of the models without showing a shade.
You should also let us know whether it's for cool, warm, etc. I have to do research on numerous website that are not your own to attempt to figure this mystery out. Loreal, you have great products but please get that together so I don't have to pull teeth re one simple product. I don't want a virtual experience and shouldn't be limited to that.

I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! I used shade 415 Honey. I finished the one that i had and went to repurchase! Completely differnent shade. I understand trying to make the formula better but you changed the whole shade. Now I have to go search high and low to find a product with the shade that I am looking for. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA, BECAUSE OVIOUSLY EVERYONE IS SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING.

Go back to the original colour!

Very disappointed that the colours were changed, and the undertones. I normally purchase Shade 415 honey And when I went to purchase a back up when I opened it after getting home, it was too dark and too orange. These are not the same colour at all not even the same undertone. I’ll have to find another concealer that matches perfectly. It’s a shame because it really was my favourite concealer.

I LOVED THIS CONCEALER, it was the best concealer out there but they changed the formula and the shades and it’s not the same, it cakes on me and creases like crazy, also the shade it’s too light for me. I’m on the hunt for a new concealer:( I wish they brought back the old formula. Why did they mess up such a good concealer?

Good, but very thick

I tried this shortly after falling in love with the foundation, and was slightly disappointed. It claims to be a thin, natural look but I disagree. It is quite thick, and building it up can definitely cause it to look cakey. The coverage is awesome, and it lasts all day with minimal touchups. Definitely not a bad product, just wish it wasn’t so thick!

I CANNOT believe you guys changed the shades. The new ones are not the same shade. I wear cashew 365, unfortunately I ran out and bought the new one and its not the same shade. Only infallible was the one that matched my skin tone out of every brand I used and now its not the same. Pleaseeeee bring back the old shades...

Product is poor quality

This product is nothing like the description states. It does not last 24 hours. After 4 hours it becomes super shiny and oily which causes the person to blot it with a paper towel to remove the oil and then reapply.

Was good - until someone switched the labels

After trial-and-error, I picked out this concealer years ago and used it loyally. Recently the formula changed, and now I can't find my color: The same number (350 Bisque) is now more like the old 355 Vanilla; it's plain as day they're different. I wish L'Oreal would at least publish an old-to-new conversion chart.

They changed their formula and now it's HORRIBLE. I wanted to stick with them for life because of how amazing their concealer was but I spent so much on trying to find my new shade again only to realize the shade wasn't the biggest issue, the formula's more like liquid now, it dries your skin and cracks unlike the old formula.

How upsetting. Reading the reviews I know I am not alone. Purchased this once, and LOVED my whole entire make up look.. This was a game changer and I am a makeup girl so I know what I'm talking about. When I was ready to purchase again I noticed a huge difference. All the colors are very light and in the warm/yellow tone family. Where are the Cool/pinks tones? How is it possible to change a product this much especially a good one. Reading the replies to each unhappy customer clearly translates to Loreal not listening. Listen to your customers, and please bring back the old formula. This is not working.

DO NOT BUY! They changed the formula and shades. Shades are totally off. Its not the same product as before, its drying. I used it for years and now its time to switch for another brand that doesn’t crease.

Why did you change the shades? I bought my always used shade 350 and it was sooo off! Way too light compared to the 350 I loved. Now on the hunt for something comparable to the colour shade no longer available here.

It seems like I am not the only one who wants L'oreal to go back to the formula used previously on the infallible full wear - more than concealer- concealer!
TBH, I'm seriously disappointed with the change!! I had finally found a concealer that WAS PERFECT and now it's like, this new blend, which has the red label (24hr wear) is not it at all!
Like everyone else commenting, the new blend has made my concealer lighter and makes me look dead, like it does not align with the original color at all!
Can someone please let HBIC know WE the Consumer want you to go back to the previous formula!! We do not want to have to look for a new concealer. Thanks!

Ugh I’m so sad they changed the shades!! The older pink cap shades are completely different than the red cap shades now. They are so much lighter it’s crazy Cashew was my go to fall/winter color and I bought a new one and it looks like a fair to light shade on me. I don’t get why fix what isn’t broken

This used to be my favorite concealer… The shades completely changed with the new formula.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! Bring back the old shades.
I have a neutral light to medium olive undertone and Cashew was my perfect match. I’ve tried a few other shades since ( biscuit and latte) and they are still completely off.
I went through roughly 10 tubes in past few years, but this was my last one. I’m not purchasing anymore as long as the old shades are not back.

New red top not the same as original

I love this concealer, the original 350 has a black and silver top. Now it's made with a red top and the same shade 350 is not the same color at all. Why is that? This is the only concealer that works for my dark circles and now it's a different shade and consistency. Please go back to the original formula

very upset with the reformulation and complete change of the shade 375. it was the only concealer that matched me 🥲 please change it back. the new colour is light and orangey and the original 375 was neutral/olive

Different formula yields different shade/colour

My go to concealer for years was no. 365 “Cashew” . The current formula in the same shade is so much lighter in colour. I purchased and tried different shades as an alternative and none of them match my precious one- wasted money.

Bring back OLD Formula

For many years, I have used the L’Oreal infallible concealer, I recently purchased the 24 hour full wear since I can’t find the old one. What a disappointment! I brought it the color coffee and there’s this gray casket dead undertone. Once blended into my skin, it was worsen. The grey undertone for dark skin women is so early 2000

BRING OLD FORMULA BACK

I have been using this for years and your new red packaging has completely ruined it for me :/ bring the OLD FORMULA AND COLORS BACK!!!!! They worked perfectly. This new formula is too white, cakey (with the same amount I used with old formula), and wipes off so easily....

Why oh why was the formula / color changed for 375

I absolutely loved this concealer and the color was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately it looks like the formula was changed and they changed the color COMPLETELY. The packaging went from the black and silver to the red and black and it is no longer the same color. It is way more orange. Please change it back!

Why is it scented??

I had such high hopes for this product. Used it once and won’t use it again. Why would they add fragrance to a product that is used so close to your eyes (and nose). It’s all I can smell! Makeup companies need to rethink this practice.

The color has changed since adding this up to 24 hour coverage. This has been my everyday concealer for years and the 415 shade is now wayyy to red. Bring the old formula back!!!😒

Very good product bad packaging

Really like this product as it creates good coverage becoming my go to concealer . The try on app is definitely not accurate though.
Wasted so much money trying to find the right shade eventually got there. It’s ashame Covid means physical samples in shops are a thing of the past. My complaint is the packaging design because the top starts to rub off after a while of use causing tiny flakes of shiny foil to become mixed in with the make up which is terrible. If you fix this the product will be fantastic.
