Hair expertise Hyaluron Plump Moisture Conditioner, 375ml

I've been using it last 6 months. The latest bottle has a horrible odor. By the time I went to blow dry it I wanted to gag. I won’t be using it again. Did the formula recently change? I’m so disappointed it was my holy grail.

Can't even get the bottle open because I can't get the pump lid open! Been spinning it counter clockwise and it isn't opening 😡

This is a good product if you can get the bottle open I’ve spun the pump over and over just keep spinning until you get lucky, very frustrating! What is the secret to popping up the pump no arrows no directions just good luck Chuck!

I love this shampoo!!!! I was a hair dresser for 20 years and have still used professional products. I am 73 and decided I didn’t need to spend that much money on my hair products anymore. With much research I found L’Oreal to be my top pick so I tried it I and ….. I love it. Much better than the professional products I had been using. Try it …… you will like it.

I washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner ONE time. i lost CHUNKS of hair. the only good thing about this product is the smell

Smells nice. But left my hair feeling very dry and heavy. After it was fully dry it felt sticky. And I know all the product was fully rinsed out of my hair. Would never. It again or recommend

love this shampoo and conditioner, I have very fine hair and somewhat oily,so I have to shampoo and condition my hair every day, I was using pureology shampoo and conditioner, and it was costing me a small fortune, so when i realized loreal owns pureology, I decided to try this, and I am so glad I did!!! While they are not the same, I get the same results. I have also tried to find another shampoo to use, just so I could have a couple of different brands to swap up, but nothing seems to work, and my hair hates them, so I usually just give it away, and stick with the hyaluron plump by loreal. Please never discontinue this product!!!

Typically, I don't put conditioner in my hair because I have enough oils in my hair. This conditioner was an absolute game changer and the results were amazing After shampooing, then conditioner is next; however, a little bit goes a long way. I'm very happy with how healthy my hair has been lately.

’m not usually one to write reviews, but I had to share my thoughts on this product. This is, hands down, the best shampoo I’ve ever used. I’ve tried everything from high-end brands to other drugstore options, but none compare. What sets this apart is its rich lather and creamy formula, which works wonders on my thick, wavy/curly hair—something no other shampoo has done. It truly hydrates my hair, leaving it soft and nourished. The scent is also perfect—not overpowering like some other drugstore shampoos, including the L’Oréal EverPure, which can be a bit too strong. This one has a subtle berry fragrance that’s just right. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for thin hair types—it’s definitely better suited for thicker hair. Finally, a product done right for thick wavy/curly hair.

I’ve been looking for a new shampoo and conditioner for my hair. What I’ve used for many years just didn’t do it for me anymore. I’m in my 60’s and, after years of coloring and bleaching I decided to embrace the gray. My hair texture has been changing and it’s been feeling dried out. I saw a commercial for Elvive and thought I’d give it a try. I have to say it’s made my hair feel terrific it feels soft, light and flowing. I’ve waited to post a review until I’ve used it a few times to see if I would experience buildup and I haven’t. I really love this shampoo and conditioner.

I typically buy whatever shampoo and conditioner are cheapest or on sale and recently got a “good deal” on this product. I have NEVER used such an awful product. Shortly after starting to use it, I noticed white flakes covering my hair. Thinking I suddenly developed horrible dandruff for the first time in my 56 year lifetime, I went out and bought a dandruff shampoo. When I switched back to using L’Oréal evive, the flakes came back immediately. It took a while for me to realize it was NOT dandruff or flakes of skin. It was the hair products which left a coating on my hair and as the day went on, the coating was turning to white flakes all over my head. So the good news is that I did not suddenly develop dandruff. The bad news is that I wasted money on this shampoo and conditioner that I need to throw out…3 bottles of each since I thought I was getting a good deal on sale.

I’m SHOCKED at how awful this shampoo and conditioner combo is for my hair. Never have I had such an immediately negative experience with a shampoo and conditioner so quickly, which is a bummer, as I initially heard really good things. I did my usual shampoo and conditioning routine as normal, rinsed my hair thoroughly (or so I thought), but I was left with a stringy mess near my roots that was sticky to the touch with leftover product, while simultaneously having incredibly puffy, dry, and frazzled ends. I thought perhaps I’d somehow significantly misjudged when rinsing so tried rinsing again thoroughly with water—product was still present. Washed my hair with the shampoo AGAIN and was still left with the mess you can see in the photo, with leftover product still tangible. At this point it’s a lost cause, and I’ll need to use a clarifying shampoo and deep conditioning mask to fix whatever havoc this combo set wrought. Save your money, there are way better products out there. (For context, my hair is totally natural and I hardly ever use any heat on it, so I know it’s healthy and without prior damage. This might work great for others but for me it was a huge miss.)

Absolutely hate it! I am a medium blonde and after shampooing, my hair color was mousey brown. My hair looked like I hadn't washed it in a week. It was oily and feels like it was coated. I do not recommend.

This is one of the best conditioners I've ever used! I have very thick, coarse, curly hair that gets matted if I go for a few days without washing it (I can't comb it when it's dry, and always detangle it with a comb in-shower after applying conditioner). After nearly a week without washing it, this conditioner allowed the comb to go through my hair like a hot knife through butter! AMAZING! Fresh scent is nice, too- better than L'Oreal's usual non-descript Elvive scent.

its hard to fond a perfect shampoo for my hair but this one lathers in my hair so smoothly and its reallt great for dry dehydrated hair it really feels like your hairs alive using this

As someone with fine, thin hair this product made my hair feel lifeless and unwashed after a day, which is something new when trying out L'Oreal products. While it imparted some softness to my hair it felt little compared to how it looked and behaved when trying to style it. It just felt like "blah" hair; if you know you know. It was meager against the oiliness of my scalp as well and I am someone who doesn't wash my long hair every day, so a strong shampoo and condition is necessary. Oh well!

I purchased this because the orange one I typically used was not available, and my hair started falling out for several months. This shampoo caused my hair to thin down and caused stress for me since I began using it in April 2024, until I learned it was because of this shampoo a month ago.

I really wanted to like this serie as it leaves my hair soft and feels good. Unfortunately I noticed a significant hair loss and scalp irritation (little bumps on my scalp). Sad because I like L’Oréal products (skin care and hair products).

First time purchasing the shampoo and conditioner, i wanted to give it a shot and see if i liked it but ever since i started using it my hair is falling off a lot. I regret wasting my money on this products.
