Two lipsticks broke
a month ago
Two of these lipsticks broke at the base after a few uses. I apply my lipstick with the slightest touch and with just enough product rolled out of the tube to do the job. The lipstick is soft and has a nice feel but this hardly matters if it is unusable. I returned both.

missing moisture

This colour could be perfect if it were more moist and if the cap/cover were easier to close or put back in place. I just leave it open. It is also expensive I find.
I'd be happy If it were similar to CG Exhibitionist Cream Lipstick 390 Sweetheart texture which has been discontinued for no valid reason.

I'm happy with this product line

It's probably not that easy to find a lipstick that hydrates but stays put, but this one does. It has the perfect creamy texture to it. Some lipsticks seep into your lips and make them look dried out after a couple of hours but not so here. And there is a color for practically everyone if you look enough.

601 Worth It is not worth it.

I love the color, but this is the second tube of this 601 lipstick that has broken off after only about 1/3 was used. I don't roll it up very much, so that's not the problem. Maybe it's too soft/creamy? I won't buy this type again.

beware!

I love the lipstick color 560 and have used it for years. However the last batch is a dud. The last 3 times I have bought it, it broke on me, just bent over and broke on the first or second usage. I don't have a problem with #580, and that's yours too. Why the problem with my favorite #560?

Poor quality/nice color

L’Oréal discontinued my favorite Nu’Authentique, so I tried to find a color close to it. I like this color, but the quality of the lipstick is not the same. It started to get gooey/melty around week one. It was messy around the tube making a mess on my fingers. It then broke at the base making it difficult to put on. Now it has broken in a different spot. I will throw away wasting my money.

Colors are not accurate.

Loreal discontinued my favorite lipstick (405 - Doesn't Matte-R) and I came back to the website to look for an equivalent. Despite using the "try on" feature and comparing colors, both of the lipsticks I ordered (303 and 766) were much lighter in-person than they were on the website, which made them un-usable. I'm sure the colors look nice on the right complexion, but it was very frustrating to do my due diligence and still not get what I wanted.

Breaking!

I have used this product for years #843 toasted almond. The last two that I bought, one just this morning, have broken off the first time I used them. I struggled with the last one for months and finally bought a new one. Same problem. Very disappointed.

I have loved L’Oréal Color Riche lipstick for many years. Now I can’t find Tropical Coral 444 anyplace. I don’t want gloss or a lot of pearlescence. I liked the Color and Richness of this lipstick. I am 81 and I don’t want to go lipstick shopping.

I have used Silverstone 760 for years. It is smooth and creamy with a little glimmer - perfect for day or night. The color goes with most of my lip liners and all of my clothes. I hope L'Oreal always keeps making it!!

I absolutely love the Colour Riche lipsticks. I have so many of the shades, but 8 are in my daily makeup kit. I love that even the metallics have great pigment & the deepest creme shades are opaque. I'm still hopeful for more deep rich shades & deep metallics. The only issue I have is a recent one. I have three creme shades the are sliding off at the base. I only raise it enough to use & don't press hard, so I am not sure why it's happening.

This lipstick is so beautiful. And so affordable. I’ve never been a huge lipstick girly. I prefer a clear or pink gloss that simply enhances my natural lip color. This lipstick blew me away. Much prettier than any lip gloss i’ve ever used. It’s very shiney and glowy and this shade of pink is beautiful.

WHY DO THEY KEEP BREAKING?

I have been using this lipstick (590 Blushing Berry) for years and love it. Love the colour, love the texture!
HOWEVER my last seven or eight lipsticks have broken. They just snap right off! It’s very frustrating. Have you changed your formula? Very reluctantly I’m going to have to look for a new brand

Love the color and look

I really like the lipstick but there is a problem with lipstick falling out of dispenser. I’ve had 3 different ones that have broken off at base and fallen out! I only turn up enough to use and it comes off!

Purchased a new tube of Colour Richie #410 Volcanic. Trying to use to no avail. It will not turn…the tube turns but the lipstick does not come up. Totally unusable!! Very disappointed.

Bring lipstick color 711 at the drop of a matte

Why was color 711 at the drop of a matte discontinued? It was a beautiful color and no other cosmetic brand carried that exact shade. I don't buy any more cosmetics from L'oreal because I was so disappointed that they discontinued color 711. You really should re-introduce it in you color line again. I'm sure it would be a big seller. I had even bought several to keep and am on my last one. I'm very disappointed with the company.

I have been wearing L’Oreal lipstick for over 20 years. When they came out with the color Mica I fell in love. And I rarely stray from that color. I get a lot of compliments on it. And it is one of the few lipsticks I’m not allergic to. I think it’s a wonderful product!

I was in a store last week looking for my favorite Autumn shade Brazil Nut but they were out so I selected Sandstone. It's a lovely neutral taupe with just the right amount of frost to the finish. I'm a Colour Riche Girl through and through and I love the coverage and the way these lipsticks feel. My boyfriend liked my new shade too!

I've bought these lipsticks rose tones for more than a decade. I love the colors shades for sure. But it never seems to amaze me that the smell of it is not so pleasant. You would think that they the years, they will improve the smell on it. Unfortunately, they haven't discovered how to get rid of the smell. Can you please make them odorless?
