Usage
Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Suitable to use on the inner rim in the waterline. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last pencil eyeliner. Eyeliner can be sharpened using a makeup pencil sharpener.

Disappointed

I bought this pencil today and it doesn’t glide at all. I thought sharpening it would help but it is still very dry. It tugs and pulls on the skin so I don’t know how I am supposed to use on a sensitive area like eyes. I don’t know if I got an expired product of what but very disappointed in the product because I bought it after seeing videos of some influencers using it. Now this is a complete waste of money for me. I need a resolution for this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this pencil last week. Loved how it glided on. Then I needed to sharpen it. Impossible! Like other reviews- not doable. Plus the pencil will NOT advance so it’s unusable. Total waste of money. I notice the response from L’Ordeal going back years to this repeated complaint is this concern will be passed on to the team for review. Time to fit it!

Hello there. Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Pro Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope this information helps! We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Very poor

This was a total wates of my money. It will not move when I screw the bottom of the pencil. I have tried all the "tricks" recommended and it will not advance.

Don't buy! Useless

No matter what they say, this is impossible to sharpen. It's a plastic case so it won't sharpen! It should be removed from the market!

Love the product. HATE the presentation

Love the product but hate the presentation. After opening the first 4 lines it's impossible to sharpen the pencil, I've tried so many different sharpeners always with the same result: the middle breaks apart and smudges all over the sharpener, the otter layer chips and it's a hazard to try to put it next to your eyeballs ever again....but those few lines at the beginning are perfection!!! I got the bronze and the color last all day. Really hope the presentation would change for a plastic twist pencil or something functional

Sharpening solution for pro last eye pencil

Love this pencil. It glides on easy because it's a soft pencil. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the only way to advance the pencil was to use a sharpener because soft pencils usually crumble in a sharpener. I read the reviews and this was always the complaint. The company came back with " use a sharpener, don't push the pencil while sharpening, turn slowly 3-4 times". So I tried that making sure it did not grab the soft part but only the black casing around the soft pencil part. It worked! The key is to not push the pencil into the blade. Insert it but don't jamb the end.. Gently turn it like they say. It will grab the black casing and do it's job.
