Too much on brush, not user friendly

There is too much mascara on the brush and just clumps on your lashes when put on. Other mascaras have a smaller hole inside the tube to help manage the amount on the brush. I wanted to try a different product so I tried Lash Paradise for the 1st time and will not buy another.

My local store was out of my usual Voluminous so I decided to try this one. I have used L'Oreall for decades and always the Voluminous waterproof. I bought this in waterproof too....it's not. And it flakes EVERYWHERE. i won't buy this again.

Super for copper tone red heads!

I absolutely love lash paradise in the latte brown color. It is a perfect option for those redheads out there. Where black or regular brown is too dark. The price is good but the end results when wearing them are spectacular. Please don’t have a discontinue this color.

Not happy

I bought the primer and the mascara, unfortunately it flaked off my lashes. Also went on the top of my lids as well as under my eyes. As my day went on it just kept getting worse. It did lengthen my lashes!

Clumpy

This left my lashes looking shorter and clumpier. I've used L'oreal mascara for over 30 years and I feel this one is the worst. Also the wand is very stubby at the end so it's hard to get on inner lashes. Not a fan, I don't really want to even continue using.

Do Not Buy

I bought 2 of the lash paradise both were used within a two month peroid and became thick and clumpy I only put mascara on 3-4 days a week Have always used L'oreal At $18.98 each I have been telling people to avoid product Never had issues with other L'oreal mascaras that sell for much cheaper I spoke to a product rep one day at a drug store and she just implied I must be doing something wrong, leaving the cap off etc After 50+yrs of mascara use I do know how to work a tube of mascara

No, I do not recommend this product.

Waste of money

Worst purchase ever!! I returned the first one thinking it was a lemon. The second one is the same. Comes out very clumpy and is extremely messy.

Maybe I got an old batch

Hi, this is my 1st time with lash paradise and I'm wondering if it should be almost dry? It's kind of waxy. I didn't have the glide buildable texture of other mascara that I have used. It definitely made my lashes longer but it seems like I know exactly where it's going to crumble off.

Fantastic until it becomes clumpy

I love this waterproof masacara HOWEVER, after 2 weeks it gets sooo clumpy and goopy that I throw it out and open a fresh one. When I take the wand out of the tube, I always wipe the extra goop off of the end of the wand onto a paper towel. I found that wiping it onto the top of the tube, adds to the mascara getting clumpy quicker. I only purchase it when it's on sale since a tube only lasts 2 weeks, but it is still my favorite mascara for the volume, length and curl it provides my straight lashes.

Formula change isn’t it

Not a great change

I had switched to the Air Volume for a little bit and then decided to go back and try this product which I've loved in the past. First time with this new package. The mascara does seem drier than before and also like the brush changed. I remember it as being a full brush but this one seems to go skinnier in the middle. It was also bent. Bummed that I bought two tubes since I didn't know there had been a change.

Waste of Money

Run Run fast in the opposite directions. Lash Paradise waterproof clumpy sticks your lashes together. The smell is terrible. It seems recently there has been a formula change this has caused us both to be left with burning surrounding the eyes and dry flaky skin.

I have used the water proof for years and absolutely loved it. You guys changed the formula and now I have eye irration, it flakes off and is more rubbery when trying to remove. This is disappointing when the old formula was absolutely amazing, don't fix something that's not broken! Please bring back what we loved!!!!

gooey and clumpy

i bought a 3 pack of this mascara at costco . the first one was clumpy so i thought it was just a bad container. i opened the second one and it is just as bad , clumpy and sticking the lashes together . so disapointed in the product. i usually buy l,oreal voluminous mascara so i guess i will switch back. marie

Perfect for me

Seriously, I don't know why there are so many negative reports about this mascara. I love it. I bought the brownish because you can hardly see my eyelashes they are so fair and black is just too harsh at my age so the color is perfect. I love the natural bristle brush Which makes my lashes longer and fuller. Please do not change a thing.

New formula- new problems

Better than some mascaras and the wear lasts, so I was using as my go to mascara. HOWEVER, I just went and bought two more wands to replenish my mascara and immediately noticed something was different about this “new look, new formula.” The wear is different, and my eyes are completely irritated from wearing this mascara. I didn’t realize at first the formula had changed so it took me a few days to realize it was the mascara causing eye irritation. So disappointing to know this product will no longer be something I can use.

Tried this mascara for the first time, horrible! I usually use volumous false fiber waterproof mascara, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I usually curl my lash first which I did. Trying this made the lashes stick straight and stubby. Will not buy again or recommend it

I am not the type to write reviews, however I hope writing this will hopefully help influence L’Oréal to switch back to the old mascara formula. I have been using L’Oréal lash paradise blackest black mascara for years. I had absolutely loved it. I’ve tried mascaras of various prices and found the old formula to be the best by very very far. It was voluminous, very buildable and made my lashes very long, and they made them look whispy, which I was obsessed with. Everyone would always ask if I was wearing false lashes, I always got so many compliments, and I was always happy to put them on this mascara. I have probably made at least 7 people switch their mascaras since I’ve started using it. However, after buying a new tube after running out of my last one, I found that they have increased the price for a much much worse product. They completely changed the formula. The new formula is very watery and clumpy. It is not at all buildable. In fact, if u try and build at all, it starts clumping ur lashes together. It also makes my lashes look thin. Like I can hardly tell I’m wearing any. It also wears them down. It looks cheap on… my lashes are no longer long, whispy, and unlike what the package advertises, they are no longer voluminous. I am so disappointed as I’ve used and loved this product for years. L’Oréal please please please switch back to the old formula. I now have to go find a new one because I cannot wear this. It is terrible. Please listen to your customers and switch back. Don’t fix want ain’t broke!!
