Sublime Bronze Hydrating Self-Tanning Milk

I received the Sublime Bronze Hydrating Self-Tanning Milk (Medium) with Vitamin E from L'Oreal Paris for free (#gotitfree) from TopBox in exchange for an honest review. I tend to always get an uneven tan in the spring/summer, as I enjoy walking outdoors. It is especially difficult when wearing different clothing with various cuts on the arms/chest/legs/feet. I do not tan outside or indoors, so I find that this is the perfect product for me. It allows me to even out all of these tan lines that I have, without the hassle or worry of time or paying to go to a salon. This is convenience in your own hands. It is really quick and easy to apply. It is recommended to be used up to three times a week for best results. As with any other tanning product, you need to apply sparingly to areas around joints (where skin bends). I would apply this directly after a shower, on a clean surface, over my entire body. With gradual use, your skin tone deepens, has a more bronzed effect. Results are noticeable within just a few hours! There are no streaks left behind, and my skin appears to be more hydrated/nourished - this is thanks to the Vitamin E. You are left with a beautiful, natural looking tan. This lotion smells divine, and does not seem at all like a tanning lotion/product - very soft and subtle scent. The fact that it is a milk-based lotion is a huge bonus for me - I have tried heavier creams in the past, and find that they are very messy to work with, and difficult to wash off your hands afterward! The milk-based lotion absorbs into your skin instantaneously! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for that healthy, natural looking tan, without the hassle of a tanning salon/beach. With the added effect of Vitamin E, leaving your skin moisturized as well as glowing!

I got this free to try with Topbox and was really excited! I'm pretty pale after the winter and pandemic and in need of some colour! I used it at night, after my shower(and exfoliating), and went to bed after it dried. I liked the consistency! It was a milk/light lotion that absorbed and dried quick! It did have quite a strong perfume smell, which didnt bother me, but may bother some. When I woke up I was definitely noticeably darker, but it did look orangey in some lighting. Then I noticed one leg was significantly darker than the other! Probably my fault and put it on unevenly, so I added another light layer to my lighter leg. In some light it looks ok, but outside it's quite patchy and looks horrible! I only have a little experience with self tanners, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it needs to be applied perfectly, but it's hard to tell if it's even since its white and absorbs clear.

This is great for medium to fair skin when used sparingly. I only applied once as my skin is fair but it can be used to build up colour over time. Minimal streaking and a pleasant scent. Recieved free for review from topbox.

I recieved the L'oreal bronze milk from Topbox to test and review and i fell in love with this product! It is so easy. Apply no more than three times a week and you get a natural glow. Not a weird pigment result or splotchiness. Apply like lotion, no hard prep need befors. I would recommend this, but also to use sparingly around joints (knees and elbows) or where you mayhhave dry spots and dont forget to wash your hands well. It does have a perfume scent to it, but not so much the self tanner smell. I really like the results.

I received this product from Topbox Circle for testing purposes, overall i liked it. It is a good gradual self tanner for people who are very fair. It did not look orange on me and it smelled good. One star taken off because if you are not careful it can be very streaky.

I got this one from free from topbox. Before I was using another one from other brand but that was creating some issue on me as mine is sensitive skin. I love this one and the best part of it is, it blemishes so well on skin,looks very natural to the tanning process and it works gradually on skin. So you got a visual but not a surprised look on your skin..also love the texture and consistency of the product.

I am no stranger to self tanning products. As someone with very fair skin who is prone to burning, self tanner is a summer essential. The product is a milk and is reflected in the runnier consistency of this lotion. It is also quite wet and takes a very long time to dry. It stayed tacky for over two hours. This increases the risk for transfer or streaks if you accidentally touch or lean on your legs before it is fully dry. This consistency does add a shine to your legs (or whoever you apply it), but I did not find it to be very moisturizing. Next is the scent. It has a very strong musky floral like scent. It is not my favourite scent and was quite strong for my liking. It starts to fade after about 12 hours and then you can smell the typical self-tan smell. This product comes in one shade - medium. Maybe it is because my skin is so light, but when it dries, there was nothing natural looking about this product. It had a very orange colour and was very obvious that it was not natural. As I have used many self tanning products before I applied it sparingly and used even less on the knees, ankles, and other creased areas. It still streaked and creased despite my best efforts. All in all I am very disappointed in this product and will not be purchasing it again. I personally think they are better alternative products within the same price range. I was lucky enough to try this self tanner through #tryitwithtopbox to test and give an honest review. This tanner worked really well when I followed the directions and payed proper attention. My first experience I was left with blotchy legs and feet but I gave it another try because I had a feeling I had not rubbed it in thoroughly enough. The second experience and every other application after has gone really good. Gradual colour and totally had a glow on my very pale legs after the first application. Makes your skin feel arm for a bit and I suggest letting it dry well and wearing very few clothes while it’s drying to make sure it doesn’t rub anywhere to much. I had no colour transfer in any clothes so that was a bonus. This smells kind of like coconuts and summer. I really like this product for a quick glow. #freeproduct

I was lucky to be selected by #topboxcircle to try this L’oreal bronze hydrating self tanning milk for free! I actually loved it. I wanted to tan myself this summer and I’m glad that I received that one because it’s effective and easy to use. I noticed my skin colour changed just a few hours after I applied it the first time!! I use it like a lotion it also hydrates. I just need to blend it well and evenly on my skin to avoid having spots darker than others. I would buy this product again. I have pretty fair skin despite me being mixed with east indian. I loveeee a good tan as much as the next person! This goes on super smooth and the scent isnt too bad - it smells like the sun to me. It applies like any other lotion and drys very quickly. I applied it in the morning and Within a couple of hours my skin was noticabley darker (I knew this because I forgot to put it on my feet and you could SEE the difference). Alot of tanners out there are so expensive but this one is affordable and works great! Definitely my go to during those winter months! #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

I was able to try this product #free of charge in exchange for my honest review. I know that with tanning lotion, it is very easy to end up with streaks if you do not apply the product evenly. I was extra careful to apply this product and after a few days I still ended up with patches . The color itself is beautiful and really enhanced my skintone. It goes on light and smells great. I received this #freeproduct from Topbox for exchange of my honest review. It smells like an unscented body lotion when you first put it on. Over time it has a stronger scent like a tanning lotion has. It worked from the first time I applied it. Only thing I didn’t like was that I would get streaks where the colour would be darker in different areas on my body.

Received this product from topboxcircle for testing purposes. I love this natural glow it gives me. The color tan on my skin isn't too orange since I am Asian, just perfect right. And I have dry skin so I don't usually get tan by the sun since it makes my skin super dry and itchy but the formula is very moisturizing. The feeling of being apply lotion and so even. I can sub it and get tan easily since it's not a good time to travel at this Covid-19 pandemic.

I got this through Topbox a little while ago and started using it a couple times a week after a shower. The first thing I noticed was the scent: it was a heavy perfume that I did not enjoy, it reminded me of a heavy musk and it took a while for the smell to go away (or I got used to it, not sure). The product is a nice white color with a lotion like texture, and goes on pretty easily and seems to moisturize the skin. When applied properly, over the next couple of days I did notice a really nice deepening to my skin tone. My husband even said I was looking super bronze! But what I quickly realized was the places that I MISSED. Like in between fingers and toes, a spot on my back that I can't reach, and once I guess I didn't spread it will enough on my arm and it looked like an awkward streak. So make sure you take your time to apply evenly and thoroughly! Besides the smell,I did enjoy how my skin looked and felt after using this product. But if you are sensitive to smells, avoid this.

I am newer to self tanning products and this was so easy to apply and had wonderful results! A realistic tan with no streaks - even for this novice! The smell was nothing like I thought it would be, expecting a strong smell only to find it subtle and like a nice perfume! It was easy to apply and gradually my amazing new tan appeared after a few hours! A few days later, I repeated the process for a wee bit darker of a tan. Super happy with the results. I am not a fan of tanning in the sun, this will now be my go-to for a feel good tan! Will be recommending and purchasing in the near future to keep my new found tan around for quite some time. First I want to disclose that I received this product free to try for reviewing purposes from Topbox. As a fairly new self tanner myself I found this product was easy to use, but would have worked better with some helpful tips. Make sure you’re shaved and exfoliated the day before or a minimum of a few hours before. You NEED to moisturize your needs and elbows, it you will end up with very orange knees. Also gloves would be super helpful or you may have semi permanent Cheeto hands. The ease of use and non over powering scent will definitely make me give this product another try.

I have been using this product for few weeks for a tan look. This product gives a tan look instantly. This sunless tanner is easy to apply as a body lotion. So I have applied it directly from the bottle and applied it as lotion for a glowing bronzy look. I have found pretty much easy to wash it off with normal soap and water. I do not need to scrub it. It moisturizes and nourishes the skin nicely as it is formulated with vitamin E. This is not sticky at all. I have used it mostly on my legs as a regular moisturizer. I have to wash my hands after applying it with hands otherwise orange colour stays on hand for longer time. It has good texture and gives a glow on my skin just right after I apply it. I’ve used this for only a couple of days, but while using consistently I found it to be a really good tan for my skin tone. The scent was a bit sunscreenish, and something else that didn’t smell as soft and refreshing as what I’d like to use after a shower. I did receive this product free to try, but I would purchase to continue using throughout the year.

I actually quite enjoy this product. I received it free from Topbox for my review and I think it does a decent job. It does have a sun lotion scent but I don’t mind that at all. It’s a lotion texture and is great for building a gradual tan. It’s not going to give you an immediate effect but that also means there is no streaking which is wonderful. Mon premier essai, j'ai utilisé très peu car je suis pâle et les expériences passées avec ce type de produit se sont soldées par des stries et un ton inégal. Et la deuxième fois que j'en ai utilisé plus, j'ai eu des patchs, mais c'est parce que j'en ai trop mis. La première application a été un léger bronzage, sans taches ni stries. Vous devez donc le faire progressivement. Vous aurez un bien meilleur résultat. Si vous en mettez trop, vous obtiendrez des patchs et devrez exfolier ces zones. De plus, il prend plus de temps à sécher et finit par se laver sous la douche. Le parfum est le même que les autres tanneurs. Il hydrate également votre peau, donc gagnez. Was super excited to try this product for FREE thanks to L'Oreal and Topbox. I have always wanted to try a tanning lotion without the commitment of buying it first. Honestly, it worked amazing and beat all my expectations. The product itself smelled amazing and was as easy as a lotion to put on. I'm very pale so I noticed a difference within hours of putting the product on and fully the next morning. My skin has a nice tone to it and remained healthy. The glow lasted about 3 days before I noticed it disappearing (I showered everyday as well). I did not notice the product staining my hands or rubbing off on any clothing or bedding. 100% would recommend this product for anyone trying to get that extra bit of glow without the harmful rays from the sun. If you are like me and don't even tan, just burn - this is the perfect product for you!

I was so excited to recieve this from Topbox! As someone who is always very pale, I love trying out tanning products. I liked that this one is subtle and gives a gradual tan. Since it has no colour when you are applying it, you do have to make sure to get an even application everywhere. After a few hours you will have a really nice, natural tan! I like that the tanner isn’t tinted and therefore doesn’t make a mess everywhere. It has a great smell and is feels nourishing when applied. It feels sticky for a bit afterwards but that’s typical for self tanning products and why I prefer to apply during the day. It also gives a natural glow with one application and with multiple applications it can be darkened if desired which is way better then just jumping right to super dark.
