Permanent foundation?

I want to like this so bad the color is great! I usually have a hard time finding the perfect shade. I enjoy the packaging but I do think it should be bigger though especially for the cost. My issues are as follows. I cannot for the life of me get it to not look a little dry and flakey, despite heavily moisturizing before application. My BIGGEST complaint is I can’t get it off of my face, I’ve tried oils, wipes, makeup remover, micellar water, cleanser. Literally everything. I have to scrub my face to the point that it’s painful. I want to like this so badly because the shade is fantastic!

great if applied properly

took me a few tries, but now that I have figured out how to apply, this foundation is my #1. I have found I get best results when I apply a light moisturizer right before applying the foundation. I use the it cosmetics foundation brush to blend into my skin, working in 3 sections for my face. I find that this foundation lasts all day, does not flake, dissolve, or wear off on my combination skin. Still looks great at the end of the day with absolutely no cakey-ness. Medium coverage

This product is way too expensive per fluid ounce to claim to be for an all-over wear. The chemical smell is so strong is gave me a headache, which is a huge contrast to their overly perfumed other products. The lightest shade isn't even light enough, and the undertone is way too yellow. I tried to get this to work despite all of the above issues to get my money's worth, but it was just too patchy, and once it dried I couldn't build on it. I'll take the loss and pass on this product in the future.

Love the feel and longevity of the Ink foundation/concealer but there’s hardly ANYTHING in the container to be considered a foundation and the price point WAY TOO HIGH FOR AMOUNT.

Described as 'skin ink', implying full-coverage. This is a SHEER concealer, and leans heavily yellow, so if you're cool toned or looking for coverage, this is not the one. Not buildable, the bottle is half empty, and it's so thin that it blends out immediately like it's not even there.

I have very oily skin on my nose and forehead so I wanted to try something that would help with that. I also liked the idea of waterproof makeup so that by the end of the day it's still in place. I tried this and it's by far the best foundation I've ever tried. I ended up buying a second one to have on hand. For me this is by far the best product I've ever tried. I followed the directions of shaking it well and applying it in sections since it does dry quickly but it really does work and I swear by this product

it was literally amazing it stayed on like literally stayed on i was trying to wipe it off and it literally ruined the wipe and stayed on my face like and it only washed off when i washed my face w soap like what the heck this is amazing i love it and it was literally so full coverage like i literally looked like i actually sleep and my grandma tried it and she literally loves it thank u loreal paris i love u.

Needs more fair options

I wish there was a better shade range for fairer skin! The lightest shade 15 neutral is still too warm for my skin (I definitely need something cooler toned)! I wish there was something that matched my skin tone better because the two times I've worn it (to test out how it did with my rosacea) I liked how it held up, I just dibt want to have to cover any exposed skin on my neck so that no one can tell that it isn't a good color match!

I received Warm 290A, which is a few shades lighter than my skin tone. It’s marketed as both a foundation and concealer, though I wouldn’t recommend it for under the eyes as it feels a bit too drying. As a foundation, however, it performs very well. It has a matte finish, offers up to 16 hours of wear, fully dries down, and is completely transfer-proof. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

This is the clear winner. The creamy, hydrating formula provides medium, buildable coverage that brightens the under-eye area beautifully. It does not crease or look cakey throughout the day, it's more than enough for dark circles and looks much more natural on drier skin types.

Grainy, heavy, no coverage

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have very smooth hydrated skin, very small pores, and this is because I take very careful care of it. This makeup is so grainy. I thought ok maybe it just needs to go on skin that has been prepped more, so rather than just moisturize beforehand I also tried it with a primer (from the Ordinary).
My skin was so smooth and soft and silky and so I go to dab on some of this skin ink under my eyes and bam. Grainy, gritty, wrinkly, gross. Because of how grainy it is, there is no coverage. It adds age, it highlights flaws.
Don’t buy this. I usually use Clinique, and I will continue to stick with them. It’s always very light and flawless, just a tad more expensive.

I got this in PR package by Topbox circle and absolutely loved it ❤️ I recently tried the L’Oréal Skin Ink foundation, and I’m honestly really impressed! It feels super lightweight on my skin but still manages to give really good coverage. It blends easily and doesn’t look cakey at all, even after a few hours of wear. I love how natural it looks, almost like a second skin, and it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. Plus, the packaging is sleek and easy to carry around. Definitely a new favorite in my makeup routine!

The applicator is big but not too smooth. It’s ok for touch ups but not to use as a daily foundation. The formula seems to be good but it wasn’t for my skin type

I really like this foundation concealer. I have rosacea and it covers my redness really well. It doesn't feel heavy and creases the least out of any other concealers I have used. I love that it is long-wearing. I have combo skin and it does stay put. I hope they get another lighter cool skin color as the lightest is 130 cool. This is a bit on the dark side for me.

Dried up and separated. Felt super stiff and sticky on my face. Overall really bad. I’m upset because I was influenced by the lying influencers online and I JUST purchased this yesterday and it’s going straight to the trash today!

Good concealer

You can definitely build it up, but it would need to set first. I think the shade is close enough to my winter tone, so will definitely use this more in the winter.
