Infallible Infallible Le Gloss 315 Rebel Red

I have been loving this gloss since college nearly ten years ago. I can eat dinner, sip drinks, and talk for hours and it is like I just applied. It has a stickier texture, yes.... It is a long wear gloss idk what people are expecting. A lip oil isn't going to shine for hours.

I usually order makeup online and read lots of reviews first. However, I also have ADHD and walked into Walgreens, not planning to look at or buy any makeup but there I was, hunting for a fabulous long-lasting lipstick from this brand that I got on my last impulse buy and had no regrets. Could not be found, maybe discontinued (I hope not) - I saw this "8 hour" gloss and picked a reddish rusty color in a dark tone. There was a sign showing 'clearance' and half the price, but later realized I got charged full price (I guess the sticker might have been for store rewards members). I put it on that night and the color was more of an orangey corral which is a terrible color on me, but it looked 'ok', I liked the shimmer shine but didn't like the stickiness or scent. I don't know how long it actually lasted but when I returned 3 hours later and looked in the mirror it was all gone. I tried it again the next 2 days and same result, I did not feel this was a good buy.

I bought this because it was advertised as non-sticky and long-wearing, and those claims are completely misleading. This product is extremely sticky and uncomfortable to wear. Even worse, it didn’t last more than three hours, and I didn’t bother reapplying because it wasn’t worth it. I have no issue reapplying lip products when needed; however, based on the 8-hour/infallible claims, I expected this to last through a full 8-hour office workday without constant touch-ups. As a busy, full-time working mom, this is not a one-and-done product and requires far more maintenance than advertised. I feel misled by the marketing, and this was a total waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend this.

I LOVE the color Coral Sands, but the smell of it makes my stomach turn. It smells like mold, it tastes like mold when you lick your lips. Maybe another color won’t but I’m hoping to not get sick from wearing it the only time I got to.

I love the colors! I have sangria and rebel red. Sangria seems to last longer. I have only four stars as they do not seem to last more than 2 hours

Please start making Raisin again! I have worn this color for more than a decade and it's the best! Please, please, please!

I purchased Infallible 8 HR Le Gloss Shell Pink some time back and I totally love the product. I wear little makeup but always want my lips plumped to enhance my smile. Shell Pink looks natural and lasts for the 8 hours it professes. Interestingly, while attempting to replace it and comparing my preferred shade to the color chart I believed the color had been discontinued; BUT the color sample as shown appears much pinker than the mauve shade it is so I thought it had been discontinued. I then looked at all the shades to find a comparable color and VOILA! The sample pic on the website that is Shell Pink does not truly represent the lovely soft mauve shade that I totally love BUT I'm glad it hasn't been discontinued as seemed to be the case. Great natural color that enhances lip fullness and TRULY lasts! Please keep this color and this product available forever.

I love this gloss, but it is super sticky. The colors are beautiful!
