I used this cleanser on my face in the evening and found it to apply easily. It works in well and is smooth and somewhat silky. I wear makeup daily and found it doesn’t remove the makeup. Maybe best used as a second cleanser. My skin didn’t feel tight afterwards either so I would recommend using it as a secondary cleanser. Finally found a cleanser that delivers both nourishment and that “deep clean” feel! I’ve been testing the L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Collagen Expert Nourishing Cleanser, and here is my honest take. What surprised me most is that a little goes a long way. I only used one single drop and it created a rich, luxurious foam. I also noticed that the wetter my skin was, the more it lathered up, which felt amazing.

Gentle and soothing

I have been using this cleanser before bed. It is creamy, gentle and moisturizing. I like how smooth it is on the skin and my skin feels clean and soft, not dry, after using it. There are two minor things I don't love about it: the spout is nearly flush with the bottle, so I need to pick up the cleanser bottle with wet hands to release the product, or it will just run down the side of the bottle. I prefer a longer spout so I can leave the bottle on the counter and just pump out into my palm. The other thing is the scent, which is very strong like a cologne. It has a light musk fragrance which is not my favourite. The scent does fade quickly.

This face wash would be great for someone with dry mature skin. It has a serum moisturizing kind of consistency. Unfortunately I have combination skin and need something a bit more astringent for my t-zone, even at my age. Also, it has a fairly strong fragrance and I would prefer to have my products unscented. I used this very gentle cleaner at night. The product is very gentle, it doesn't product the whole lot of leather, yet it spreads very well and easily removes makeup and impurities. I'm only giving it 4**** because it took about three washes before my sensitive skin stopped feeling dry and squicky clean which I didn't like very much and finally started feeling soft and nourished. I don't use cleanser every day during the cold season, also because I don't go out much, but it'll be very handy during our hot and humid summer, which is on its way.

I have normal skin but I get hormonal breakouts. This cleanser is really gentle on my skin regardless of its clear or acting up. My skin doesn’t feel dry or itchy afterwards. The pump doesn't dispense much and I found that I don’t need much. It lathers up nicely without much work. It also washes off easily and doesn’t leave any residue. I’ve been using it daily for a couple weeks now and I’m a big fan. My skin looks and feels brighter.

I am 47 so I need a cleanser that can also tighten my skin. I used this consistently night and day for a couple of weeks and it has been great on my skin. It’s smells wonderful like mango or peaches and it lathers nicely without drying out my skin. A little goes a long way. I’ve notice me my skin feels nice and soft and very refreshed like I was just in the spa. Also to mention, I have a bit of sensitivity with certain ingredients and have gotten no redness, irritation or tightness.
