Age Perfect Collagen Expert Night Retightening Moisturizer

I received this #freeproduct from #topbox to try and give my honest review. I turn 40 this year ! Yikes time really goes by so fast after you turn 30. With that said I have to really start taking care of my skin now because its getting very dry especially in the winter and signs of aging are starting to show. This night time moisturizer is great as it smells pleasant(not too strong)and doesn't leave a greasy film on my skin while absorbing really quickly. I wake up in the morning with the softest skin ever. I also like that this moisturizer comes in a glass jar. I think this product is worth a try if you have very dry skin.

I was given this as a #freesample from #trywithtopbox in an exchange for a honest review. I do really like this cream. I tend to have dry skin so I prefer a thicker night cream. This cream is a little thicker than my day cream but not to thick to make my skin feel clogged or heavy. I did see some improvement with my wrinkles. There is a scent to this cream so if your sensitive to scents maybe stay away but I love the scent and it didn't bother my skin and I tend to be on the sensitive side.

I've been using this moisturizing every night for the past 2 weeks and I have seen a noticeable difference on my skin. It feels more moisturized and firmer. The only downside to it is the smell. It doesn’t have any harsh chemical or perfume smell and it Doesn’t leave my face feeling greasy or oily. I apply every night as part of my evening routine. The instructions say to use it after serums and other treatments but I used it nightly without my usual serum to see what it would do by itself. I saw an instant improvement in my skin as soon as I applied it the first time. I didn't expect that to last after I washed it off in the morning but it did. My skin was revitalized and had a smoother, healthier and younger-looking appearance. As the week went on I found my skin completely lost the crepeness that had begun to form this winter. I am now in my 40s and have noticed my skin becoming looser around my eyes and chin. I was looking for something to help with my fine lines and wrinkles. Boy does this deliver. First the positive… the product is very rich, creamy and feels velvety. The scent is very light which I love because I really don’t like a heavily perfumed cream. The product goes on smoothly and doesn’t feel greasy. Unfortunately, it feels like it just sits on top of the skin and doesn’t absorb. In the morning it feels like I have to remove a mask. My face does feel more supple though. I think there is something in here that irritates my face though because I get a weird pink/orange hue that almost looks like I’ve been adding some self tanner into my night cream. So unfortunately I don’t think this cream works for me. I would still recommend this as it has a lot of nice qualities, I just think there is something in here that I’m sensitive to. I only used a small amount on my face before bed and my skin instantly looked less lines, fuller and clearer. I even received a compliment from my mother in law for my “beautiful skin” in this Canadian cold! It’s lightweight, no overwhelming scents and I love the packaging. I did occasionally have to skip a night or two when it felt like my skin wanted to break out but it did not irritate my skin at all. I would buy this in a heartbeat.
