Best soap I’ve ever used. Makes my hair soft and shiny

Way too viscous, to the point where I figure they must have done it on purpose to make you waste product. Seriously at least a third of the bottle has gone to waste because so much comes out at once.

Pay attention people and hopefully the powers that be at L'Oreal. New formulation change is a dud. And the labelling is deceptive as 2-in-1 implies shampoo AND conditioner. As before. After 3 kids and years of research, we stumbled upon this product as the ultimate detangler with a pleasant mild fresh scent which left hair soft, frizz free and was a miracle-worker. Waves and curls were bouncy, straight hair was shiny. Greed got in the way and the company decided to fully reformulate. You have lost more than one regular repurchaser it seems. Bring the old formula back and until you do, I'm back on the hunt for a detangling, moisturizing shampoo for our family. It is deceptive to fully change a formula without an alert. I've already spoken with customer service and would like to pass along that this shampoo performs none of what previous version did. Drying, runny, itchy, ZERO DETANGLING.

The shampoo works well enough as a shampoo, however it is not tear free at all. In fact, I accidently got some in my eye and I'm a 29 year old adult and it STUNG! No wonder my kid screams every time I wash her hair with it. Here I thought she was just screaming cause she hates having her hair washed. Nope, this stuff hurts to get in your eyes. In fact, after I got it in my eye, a large portion of my eye turned red. No amount of rinsing out took away the sting or the redness. It's definitely noticable even from far away

Orange mango has been our go to for years! Until recently our last two bottles (from different stores) have changed from creamy, thick, luxurious 2/1 to a thin, clear, ultra drying new formula?? We were hoping it was an off batch. We’ve been driving all around town trying to get any bottles of the original formula we can before it’s gone.

New formula and no notification on bottle saying there was a change ! Used to be a pearl colored pink shampoo , now it’s clear pink ! How can you change the formula and not notify the customer! I have tried to find answers for the past several days , sent emails, pictures of old and new formula. Why no answers? Any changes are supposed to be written on bottle ! , all same information about ingredients on bottle I would appreciate getting an answer after several phone calls !

This formerly 5 star product appears to be reformulated! No longer has a pearlized appearance and ingredient list has changed. The new formula makes my scalp and eyes itch. As well as a popular kids shampoo, this used to be a swimmers' "secret" for adults, perfect for after swim use.

Bought this shampoo for my younger kiddos, actually 3 of them.. different scents. Went to help my youngest wash his hair and there were BUGS in the shampoo!! Nasty
