Voluminous Superstar Mascara Black Brown

Noooooooo! I’m so upset you discontinued this mascara. I have been using it for years and hate everything else I have tried. Nothing compares to this mascara. Please bring it back!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer to this mascara for more than 15 years. I'm surprised to see the red tube still available when this product is so much better :( PLEASE BRING IT BACK! Or can I/we at least somehow order it directly?

I have been a loyal customer to L’Oréal for years. I specifically use the Voluminous Superstar Mascara in Black. When I wear this product I get compliments almost daily on how beautiful my eyelashes look. I personally love how long and thick/ healthy this makes my eyelashes appear, and actually feel. I believe this is due to the consistency of the primer, and how it works alongside the mascara. I also love that both the primer and mascara are buildable, so for a night out you can add more product and get more of a false lash effect, and for a regular day you can do a thin coat and have more of a natural lash. I also love how with this product my eyelashes stay in place all day long. They don’t clump together if you brush your eye slightly and they never smudge and leave any darkness below your eye. And lastly, the product comes off very well when you wash your eyes. There is zero transfer to your face. Long story short, I absolutely adore this product. Since L’Oréal has decided to stop selling it, I’ve attempted to use other products they sell. None of their other products have relatively the same effect as this product does in my opinion. For example, I attempted to use the L’Oréal Voluminous Original, and my lashes appeared quite short, relatively thin, and my lashes easily clumped together as my day went on, the product also transferred to my under eye, and don’t even get my started on trying to wash the product off. It smudges all over your eye area and leaves a really dark colour around your eyes. I would really love if L’Oréal could bring this product back in some fashion. It’s a great product and I think it was a poor decision to get rid of it. At least allow it to be bought online if not sold in stores. Or second, at the minimum, please give a suggestion to what the closest comparison to this product would be.

I am so very sad that I can no longer find this mascara anymore. It's been my go to for years because my eyes have a tendency to water a lot and this waterproof mascara stays put without flaking or running. I have very fair and short eyelashes and the primer helps to fill them out without looking clumpy. RIP to my fave.
