Infallible Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation Classic Tan

I am 40 with combination skin that is sensitive and will break out with certain cosmetics. I am impressed with this foundation! I’ve been wearing and having fun with makeup for 30 years and have found many ride or die foundations only to have them be discontinued. When my favorite for 10+ years was discontinued last year, I tried even more foundations, mostly from luxury cosmetics brands. I have so many bottles of half used foundation— patchy, cakey, emphasizing texture, bad finish, not enough coverage, way too yellow, disappears off the face by hour 6, made me break out, and the list goes on. I tried this foundation after searching for top drugstore brands and knowing I like a matte finish. I was immediately impressed by the coverage. By hour 8, I was refreshed to see my makeup looked almost exactly like it did when I applied it. By hour 16, I knew we had found something good. I hoped it wouldn’t make me break out or cause a reaction on my sensitive skin, and after multiple wears over the past 3 weeks, it hasn’t! I’m thrilled. Give this foundation a chance if you like a matte finish and good, even coverage. Better than Dior in my humble opinion.

I was excited to try my newly purchased Infallible pro-matte foundation... oil -free, air light, and matte finish, with 24-hour wear time. What more could I ask for? But when I opened it and wanted to squeeze some onto my finger tip, it literally sprayed a huge splatter all over my white painted wall!! I IMMEDIATELY tried to wipe it off and it wouldn't budge! Then I proceeded to scrub with soap & water, over and over again for 20 minutes until it just about came off, along with a lot of the paint on my wall! What a mess! In my 50 years of wearing makeup, nothing like this has EVER happened to me before! Now I'm going to have to repaint my wall. I'm glad it didn't spray onto a favorite sweater. Threw it in the garbage - not going to use it again!

My favorite all time foundation was Infallible Total Cover - Sun beige. It's been discontinued and I've tried several other products, but I hate them all. I'm older. Infallible Total Cover sun beige was perfect for me and no matter which Sun Beige product I've tried, They are either too heavy or they don't blend well into my skin. After more than 30 years, I am finally going to change brands.

As someone with terrible acne this is a true full coverage foundation. I get so many compliments on my make up “it’s like your face has a filter on it” 100 % recommend this to anyone has red marks discoloration or acne! Would love to know what everyone is pairing this with!

It use to be light finish and the new version is way to think and shows. Miss the old version.

Please don't ever discontinue I've use this foundation for 10 years nothing compares to it !!!

If you like NARS soft matte, you’ll love this. You do have to properly prep with it. The only thing that I don’t like is that there is no clear numbering with undertone, so you have to go in blindly and HOPE that the undertone sets the way you want

This is my favorite foundation! Cover my imperfections and gives me an airbrushed look! I keep trying other foundations but have never found one I like more than this one!
