[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the color Mauve to line my lip as well as make them look symmetrical (they are naturally uneven) and it does not show the line where my lip ends and skin begins. It is a good base for liquid lip colors, standard lipstick and lip gloss. It is not shimmery, which helps make the shape look more natural. It goes on smoothly and last all day for me. It also did not dry out my lips. I have paid more for products that did not work nearly as well.

I have been using this lip liner about 5 years or more. It has been the best ever used.I use it even with tatoo lips that are fading. Unfortunately, I have been searching for it the last 2-3 months and can not find it anymore. Where did you go infallible best ever lip liner? If I do run across it again I will buy them all. My favorite is Coral and Mauve.

I love this lip liner! I used it on my wedding day. I didn't want to buy a lipstick that is meant to last all day because those tend to dry my lips out. I bought this lip liner and just put my lipstick over it. I only had to reapply my lipstick once on my wedding day. I now use it everyday. I love this stuff and I highly recommend it!

Poor performance

I bought this and it consistently has broken and crumbled with every attempted application. Basically a wast. Not sure if it was a bad batch or if this is the norm, but would not recommend.

Love the Mauve color and the lip liner-works great, but it tastes very bitter! If you buy it, don't ever lick your lips because you'll regret it, it's awful! I won't be purchasing Infallible lip-liner again.

I bought the Nude lipliner. First, it keeps breaking and will not apply smoothly. Second, it tastes awful! Have you even used eyeliner as lipliner on accident? If so, THAT'S what it tastes like.

ALERT - don't waste your money on NUDE Infallible lipliner. I looked in many stores just to find it, I love the way it looks like you are not wearing it, but stops "bleeding" of lipstick, but no matter how little I have of the tip of the lipliner extended, it keeps breaking off. By the way, the year on my profile is incorrect - I could not get it to move upward. Also, your hair choices are incomplete, I have greying hair. The year is 1942.

this color looked great on me! it complimented my actual lipcolor and helped to not only smooth out my lipgloss, but helped it to stay on longer without reapplying. i first tried it with loreal's colour riche lipgloss in watermelon crush- it made the lipgloss stand out on my lips! even my mom loved the color-no wonder they are always out of it! as a very light, pale-looking black female, this is a great choice for people like me and lighter who have trouble finding the right shade of lipcolor
