Almost What I Need.

The lightest one is Blonde and it’s still too dark for me. My skin is pale and my hair color is light blonde.
I gave it 4 starts because it went on well, was easy to use, and would’ve been perfect if it was the right color.
Oh well. If you have paler colors in the future, I’ll definitely try it again!

Love the product and would have given it a 5 Star review if it wasn't for the faylty cap. It does not stay close, and the tip dries out and its no loner usable. I'm on my 3rd pen not because i've run out but because of a poorly designed "spring loaded" cap. PLEASE FIX THE CAP

Spring loaded pen - top jumps off and it dries out

The pen is spring loaded and the cap continues to jump off and then the tips get dried out. It is a very bad design. It should not be spring loaded. Also, the tips are a little too wide and therefore the precision is challenging. It does smudge.

Great product with a major defect.

Great product. However, the cap has a major flaw. After two weeks the cap starts to crack on the sides which then results in the cap popping off and no longer staying secure causing the product to dry off. I purchased two pens and the same thing happened to both, waste of money. Perhaps a screw on cap will work better for this product.

Packaging Sucks

I really love this pen, which is why I've continued buying it. Unfortunately, I've purchased it about six times in less than four months because of the exact same issue every time.
The cap eventually develops a crack under normal use. Once that happens, the cap no longer stays securely attached and constantly pops off. At that point, the pen becomes impossible to travel with because the cap won't stay on, and the ink dries out very quickly.
The product itself is excellent, but the packaging/design of the cap is not durable or reliable. This seems to be a recurring design flaw rather than an isolated defect.
I hope you'll consider improving the cap design because it's disappointing to keep replacing a pen I otherwise really enjoy using. I would love to continue buying this product, but the current packaging simply isn't dependable enough for everyday use.

Almost Perfect

I love this eyebrow pen and would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cap. I’ve had two pens and both caps have cracked and then no longer stay on the component. The cap pops off no matter what I do and then both pens dried out. I will not be buying this again until something changes with the component.

Finally found the best

I bought this on a whim I have ZERO makeup skills especially the eyebrows and unfortunately I had over plucked back in high-school and I hate my none existent brows. Every product i have tried in the past were too dark or too light and stayed wet and just looked like trash. The only issue is the shade is not on the product itself so I need to make sure I don't lose the box

Cap will not stay on

I have bought this 4 times now. After about 2 weeks the cap no longer stays on and the pens drys up. I thought maybe it was just a bad pen but not if it’s happen 4 times now. Very disappointing because I like the color. Will nt be buying again.

Love the Product, but the Packaging is not Durable

I liked the product a lot, however, the packaging is so cheap that the cover always pops off causing the product to dry up. And I tried re-wetting it and taping up the cover however, once the tips has dried up, there is no fixing them, even when there's still some more product inside. This happens every time!

I love it, BUT…

L’Oréal FAUX BROW has the POTENTIAL to be THE BEST BROW PRODUCT ON THE MARKET!! I have tried them all!! It is most similar to Anastasia Brow Pen, but the duo super fine tip makes for even more natural and super precise hair-like strokes and at a fraction of the cost! When functioning properly, the tip lasts a reasonable time without drying out which is NOT TRUE for competitors. There are plenty of shades to find your match. BUT!!!! BIG BUT!!!! As others have already said, the packaging needs work. The lid pops off entirely too easily. All of the pens I’ve purchased have popped off at one point or another, usually when the pen is fairly new and leaves stains all over my makeup bag or whatever bag it is contained in. Once it pops off the first time, it will never stay on again unless you tether it with a hair tie or tape, which is not a perfect fix and honestly is a huge pain. PLEASE MAKE A SCREW-ON CAP!!!

Topless and dried up!

I love the product! However, I have purchased 6 pens. I have purchased so many because each time the cap pops off and the one dries out. I have had it sitting on my vanity waiting to be used and the cap popped off and shot across the vanity appearing to be spring loaded. I have had to start taping the cap closed between uses. Please correct this issue! I cannot afford to buy these every few weeks and I need to know it will be available for use and not find it topless and dried up ☹️

Love this product but every single one i’ve bought, the cap falls off and dries out!!!! Every review says the same, so hopefully l’oréal fixes this issue! Such a waste to buy a somewhat expensive product and barely get to use it, very disappointed.

Not happy with the cap

I bought loreal faux eye brow pen three times so far. I loved how real it looks on me and its longevity. However very very disappointed and frustrated with the cap.. after few uses I found with each of their cap get a crack and popping out on its own which dried up the pencil.. literally happened every single time I purchased them! Loreal should work on this issue.. otherwise I m never going to buy again!

Great product but poorly packaged causing waste

I loved the Faux Brow! I finally could appear to have full eyebrows. After a short learning curve I was able to properly apply the product. Sometimes the color was inconsistent, too light or too dark or too reddish but that was a small problem. The reason for 2 stars was that after a few weeks use the cap would no longer stay closed and the product dried up overnight. I purchased a second Faux Brow and had the same experience. The lid seems to be spring loaded and after a few openings the spring just forces the lid open while it is not being used. It is just too expensive to get so little use out of a wonderful product. Please L'Oreal change the lid and let us know when you do. I will not purchase again until you do.

Product defective

Love the product and how it helps to achieve brow like lines but I have purchased this product 6 times and each time the top keeps popping off. The product dries out and can no longer be used. Something needs to be done about the top on this device, it’s not durable. Every top I purchased has a small hairline crack in the top which makes the cap fly off then the product dries out.

Love/Hate Relationship

I loved this product at first.. it truly was a lifesaver for me. But then, things started to change. The product started coming out blotchy and I'd have to remove it and start all over again. Sometimes this happens up to three or four times and it takes me up to an hour to get things just right. Also, the cat pops off and dries out the product. I only get two or three applications out of each tube of product. You really need to address this and fix this or your customers are going to stop buying this product! The idea is great but YOU MUST ADDRESS THESE ISSUES. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!! By the way, a screw top cap is a brilliant idea.

I have purchased two of these and on both the lid, pops off and dries out. I only get to use it about a week or less and I have to throw it away because it’s dried out. What am I doing wrong. Love love love the product. Just hate the lid. Please let me know. I would buy it again but no matter what I do. I can’t keep the lid on.

This is actually my favourite brow pen, and I've tried sooo many in the past. The reason it's not getting a full 5 stars is that the caps do not stay on, they spring off and then the pen dries out. I've had several dry out after the cap flew off on its own. I've started using an elastic to keep the caps on after use, but it's a major pain. I'm starting to look for other products since the packaging is so unreliable, which is really unfortunate because I love the actual product.

Dispenser design needs a lot of work!

The product is great but not the dispenser. The cap would not stay on. Literally, it would pop off - like it was being ejected. I ruined everything in my makeup bag on a recent trip. And when I got home, I’d been meaning to contact L’Oréal but kept procrastinating. Now, the cap is completely missing from my cup of pencils from my dressing table and is all dried up.

Great brush, poor cap

I love this eyebrow brush and the natural brow look it gives. However, I cannot give it 5 stars because the product has dried out the last 2 times, before it’s end, due to the spring cap that comes off and will not stay on after a few uses.

I really like the results. I have thinning brows and this product looks totally natural. The price is good. The lid of the pen popped off the first one I bought and the pen dried out. I thought I had been careless so I replaced it. 3 weeks later the same happened even though I was very careful to always click it on securely. I won't be wasting my money again.

I purchased this product and LOVED the results. BUT the problem and reason for the 3 stars is because after about 2-3 weeks, the cap no longer stayed securely on and just popped off leaving the product to dry out. IF L’Oréal figures out how to keep the lid from popping off and drying out (maybe a screw top) then I will repurchase.

I have been using this brow pen for +_6 months & absolutely love it! I can draw realistic-looking brow hairs that won't sweat off or rub off all day, yet wash off easily when I do my nightly cleanse. I just wish they sold the semi-permanent brow product in this country (available in UK)

Kind of loved the product, but it dried out after a few days because the cap would not stay on. I see that many others have had this problem. I've spent too much money on this to have it be a waste after a few days. Improve the cap, L'Oreal and then maybe it will be worth my money.

My problem is I have VERY fail skin, blue eyes and gray hail.
I tried the dark blonde but it does not look as natural as I would like.

I tried to love this eyebrow pen. It is absolutely wonderful for the eyebrows however the top pops off consistently and then dries out. I have purchased two back to back and have experienced the same thing. LOreal!!!!! please change the top dynamics this would be a great eyebrow pen otherwise. I dont think i will buy again unless the top mechanism change!

Dark Brunette color is wrong

The dark brunette appears reddish. Strange. Otherwise, the application and appearance of the brow hairs are as promised. So far, the fine pen strokes and lines I first applied on my hand as a test are holding up throughout a busy day.

CAPS WONT STAY ON!

I have used a variety of similar products, and was so excited to find Faux brow. It makes my brows look so natural. HOWEVER, I have a big problem with the caps that keep popping off! It’s happened twice now, and while they are only 1-2 weeks old. I’ve tried to tape the tops on but it’s impractical and they end up drying out anyway. It’s really unfortunate, unless L’Oréal fixes this problem, I’ll have to find another option as I won’t keep wasting my money.

Great product, poor quality pen design

I splurged on the Faux Brow pen and loved how it gave my sparse brows real hairlike texture. The two times I bought it, the cap cracked and popped off leaving me with dried up pens. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I usually buy much more affordable brow pencils, so I expected this product to last much longer than it did and it be well made. I won’t be repurchasing this until the faulty design is corrected.

Good application, blonde colors too red

I love how this product works. Unfortunately I must agree with the other reviewers. Both Blonde shades are extremely red and unusable for me and the Light Brunette is much too dark. So I'm once again stuck searching for another brand to find a color more appropriate for me hopefully in a pen(cil) that works as well as this one

Misrepresentation of color

I recently purchased your Faux Brow in the color blonde. I loved how it went on with hair-like strokes. But the color blonde is almost black! I have blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes, and the dark color looks atrocious on me.I actually applied and removed it 3 times trying to get it lighter. The color in your photos doesn't resemble the real color.If you ever make a truly blonde shade, I'll definitely use it.I'm really disappointed.

Love the fine tip application, however it’s spaced to far apart…would be better if they could decrease the space in between the tips or even better add a third.
