Product Details

Colour-processing can result in a fragile hair fibre at risk of colour fade. Color Radiance nourishes and protects hair to extend its vibrancy. This triple-action formula: 1. Visibly prolongs colour* for anti-fade effect. 2. Protects hair so fibre is nourished and softer. 3. Adds shine for a lustrous finish.

Our protecting formula with a UV FILTER helps protect the hair fibre from external aggressions, like harsh sunlight.

Usage

Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse. Follow with COLOR RADIANCE conditioner. For extra care, use as part of the complete Color Radiance range. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

What did you do?!

I have used this product for years. Originally on my color treated hair and for the past few years on my fully grey hair. It always left my hair soft and shiny. However, the last bottle I purchased leaves my hair really dry. I don't know what they've done with the formula but I won't be purchasing it again.

Watered down Shampoo

I have been using L'oreal Colour protecting shampoo for years and years. My last bottle was way more watery and did not produce suds like it used to! So disappointed. I found some clearance bottles and bought 3 of them. Tried them and the shampoo was it's normal way. The new packaging shampoo is watered down. So sad to see this change :(

Terrible advertisement.

I bought this product about 2 weeks after permanently dying my hair black. Wanted to protect the color as the product says color protecting for all types. I throughly looked on the bottle for any warnings or suggestions not to use on darker hair. I used the shampoo and the whole shower floor was black when I rinsed. DO NOT buy this product if you are trying to protect the color of your dark hair.

It’s bad and so sad

I bought it after dying my hair but I couldn’t get it because terrible smell. You changed the fragrance and formulas. Sorry guys, but now it smells like cheap dirty bed linen. I liked previous fragrance, it was really great. Also I feel how Color Radiance products are started working worse. My hair after using shampoo+conditioner is so dull and without shine. It’s a pity of course.

I bought the Color Radiance shampoo, conditioner and protecting mask for dry, coloured hair. My hair was frizzy and I experienced a painful psoriasis flare.

There’s nothing wrong with this shampoo except that I really don’t see why there is another line of products to color protect. It gives a good clean. I did color my hair, but whether I use a color protecting shampoo or not, the color does go off in the time it is usually supposed to. Nevertheless too much of surfactant kills my hair and has now changed my hair that I feel a bit more dry.

I think this product really prevents my colour from fading. I use it everyday and it has let me stretch the time between colourings by a couple of weeks, which is amazing. I also like the scent and the way it maks my hair feel afterwards.

Good product for the price. didn't leave my hair too greasy. goes on sale often at shoppers drug mart as well as walmart. would recommend as time to time use but may be not for regular use.

It’s pretty good overall for making your hair soft but I didn’t like the way it took not even a month for almost all the color to come out of my hair and I used good dye, but if you want your hair soft and don’t care about having to dye hair again use this

I have purchased L’Oreal hair conditioner for coloured hair, for some time. It was thick in texture, excellent quality and no waste. In approximately the last six months this product has become like water in texture. Runs out all over the place...makes a mess and is highly wasteful. #lookingforbetterproduct

My hair is not colour-treated at the time of testing, so I am not able to speak to the efficacy in that respect. However, it did a great job on my natural hair! I love that the range comes with a matching conditioner, so you can be assured that your shampoo and conditioner will work well in tandem. It left my hair feeling healthy and smooth. I've had a great experience with every L'Oreal shampoo I've ever tried, and this one was no exception!

This is one of my top shampoos. It leaves your hair nice and soft when used with the conditioner. I can't say for sure if the colour lasts longer though, didn't notice a huge or significant difference. But I do love how my hair feels afterwards.

I'm quite guilty of dying my hair, though I haven't done it recently but when I did I always bought a colour protecting shampoo and conditioner. It helped the colour last longer and look more vibrant.

I have extremely long hair, this conditioner works great for tangles! And just like the shampoo it does help keep the color in my hair as vibrant as when I first coloured it! The conditioner makes my hair soft and not flat!! But just like any other conditioner from L'Oreal put it in a different bottle and I don't think there would be a difference!
