Bright Reveal Dark Spot Hydrating Cream

I've noticed that I now how congested pores all along my jawline.... Not great. Felt stinging when applying and I don't have a compromised barrier. Also confused, since this is listed as a mens' product.... Do not recommend.

This cream is quite decently thick and it makes me feel good that I’m nourishing my skin barrier with ceramides. It goes on pretty wet but dries in <20 seconds. I like how it perfectly absorbs bone dry into the skin because I get annoyed when hair gets caught/sticks to damp, moist skin. There is a slightly earthy “nature-y” smell to the cream, probably from the shea butter in the ingredient deck. The high percentage of niacinamide and combination of vitamin C gives me an instant brightening effect, it basically gives the skin’s surface an instant “snatched” look. I suspect it’s the dimethicone because it makes my skin all smooth and makes the little lines recede. There is no grip to the cream like a standard primer but it’s been brilliant to lay cream and powder on top of the cream. Need to use for at least three months to see if it can fade my PIH and old acne scarring but it definitely gives my complexion an instant brightening boost and smoothes out my texture to give me a healthy and even looking appearance. It is a very rich cream and hydrates very deeply, it definitely feels like you are feeding your skin barrier and keeping it robust. I’m very happy that it doesn’t pill / rub off in crumbles which can happen a lot with these heavier and super emollient creams that have Shea and squalane in them. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. Firstly, the packaging is beautiful. It comes in a nice glass jar. It is the L’Oreal reveal glow repair moisturizer… I can honestly say after the first day my skin was more dewy and brighter and after using it for the last month, a lot of the dark spots I have have been a little bit lightened. It’s more noticeable to me. I’m not sure if it is anybody else, but I have noticed a difference after using it regularly as part of my skin care routine. Even if I didn’t get the lightning or breaking benefits of it it still felt like a beautiful moisturizer and feels very light so that’s a complete bonus as well because I hate moisturizers that feel like they’re just clogging your pores and they don’t make you feel thick and not nice. All in all I would definitely recommend this product to anybody.
