Color Care Shampoo With a Strong Cleanser?

I was disappointed to learn that EverPure Volume has been reformulated to include Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate as one of the primary ingredients. This ingredient is widely considered a stronger cleanser than the gentle surfactants many people look for in color-care shampoos, and I don’t believe it belongs in a product marketed for color-treated hair.
What is even more concerning is that the ingredient list on this website does not match the formula currently being sold. The website should be updated to reflect the new ingredients so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
Many people choose EverPure because they want a gentle shampoo to help preserve their hair color. If the formula has changed, L’Oréal should be transparent about it rather than displaying an outdated ingredient list.

Painful and dangerous shampoo.

The new formula for volume shampoo is terrible. Caused a rash on my head that literally hurt and itched so badly I could not sleep.
I’ve always used your shampoo for the past 20 years but I now must use baby shampoo to try to heal my scalp. Very dissatisfied.

I am very unhappy in the change to the new formula

I loved your creamy formula of the ever pure volume shampoo before you changed it to the clear formula.
The new formula is so drying and I had broken strands from trying to comb through it.
The conditioner makes my hair flat no matter if I use a smaller amount.
Please bring back the creamy formula that my hair and I loved.

Like the other reviews I loved the old volume shampoo and do not like at all the new formulation which did a great job and the new clear formulation leaves my hair greasy doesn’t lather like the old one and I am returning it and hope you bring the old volume shampoo which was great … bring it back!!!

Can’t use this anymore and sad about it

Was happy with the old formula. This new version causes hair loss, flat and heavy hair that can’t keep a style, extremely difficult to rinse out, and I am quite upset about it. Last time I buy this product. It’s making my hair fall out terribly. Requires more frequent hair washing than twice a week. Bad.

New formula awful

This new formula is HORRIBLE! The shampoo and conditioner left my hair dry and stringy. The old formula was absolutely AMAZING I used it for years. Please go back to the old formula, look at all these consumers saying the same thing. Please go back.

What happened this used to be so good. The new formula is beyond awful. Makes your hair feel and look dry, brittle, tangled and flat.
