The tip breaks off when I try to sharpen it.

This product is $26.99 at Guardian drugs. The low round tip breaks off when I'm applying the pencil Then, when I try to sharpen the pencil, it breaks off in the sharpener. I don't know if it's waterproof because I gave up trying to wear it. I was sick of getting stabbed in my eye.

Best navy blue

The only proper navy eyeliner pencil I have found. I love the texture - soft enough to be forgiving when the line is not perfect. Smudges nicely along lashes when applied inside eyelid.
