I love this product. When I put it on my face, my face becomes more vibrant, it looks more beautiful, more perfect, I feel prettier and more beautiful, I feel like I attract more attention.

I really like this foundation powder having only trying it recently, but there must be something wrong. I've purchased two, both of which immediately cracked into pieces. The first I carried in my purse and it made a complete mess. The second compact, I only used at home, and it broke up exactly the same. I would completely love this makeup if it lasted. This can't possibly be Loreal's intention. What happened?

I'm so incredibly frustrated with this powder over the last year or so. It crumbles and breaks after one use. It never used to do this. It's impossible to use because it's so messy.

Extremely disappointed with this product now. I am on my 3rd powder due to it breaking. I love this product but I can’t continue to buy something that will break and end up either on the ground or all over my clothes when I try to apply it.

L'oreal I think it's time to realize that maybe, you're the problem not the people who are buying the product. It's obvious the company changed the formula, cut back on quality control, stopped putting in the effort into quality ingredients and instead just wants to pass blame onto some other reason why the product keeps crumbling apart or breaking ."Use a lighter touch", "Oh no! call us and reference ######". Stop, just stop. you see dozens of photos of broken powders and complaints about it. Pull the product, fix it and then apologize already.

I have been a loyal user of the Infallible Powder Foundation for several years and truly love the coverage and finish. It has been my go-to product for a long time. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same issue with nearly every compact I have purchased over the past two years. It often appears that small cracks are already present in the powder, and because of this the compact quickly breaks apart after only a short time of use. This has happened with the last six or seven compacts I’ve purchased. Because the product is not inexpensive, it has become difficult to continue buying it at this rate, even though I really love how well it works. I wanted to ask if there have been any changes to the formula or packaging that might be causing this issue. I would truly like to continue using this product and would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide.
