In 1998 Laetitia played Falbala opposite Gérard Depardieu in Asterix and Obelix Take On Caesar, produced by Claude Zidi. That was her first acting role, and she went on to star in Errance in 2003, then in La Déraison du Louvre and Le Grand Appartement in 2006. In 2007 she played Angèle in La Jeune Fille et les Loups, by Gilles Legrand. In 2009, Laetitia appeared in Visages, Tsai Ming Liang's film which was in the Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival. In 2010, she played Brigitte Bardot in Joann Sfar's film, Gainsbourg (Vie Héroïque). She was nominated for a César award for the role. In 2011 Laetitia performed the voiceover for the animated film Rio and also starred in the thriller Derrière les Murs, directed by Pascal Sod and Julien Lacombe. She is currently on screen in La Guerre des Boutons, by Christophe Barratier.

Encouraged by her love of theatre, Laetitia followed her instinct and took to the stage in 2004. She asked Jacques Weber to give her a role in Ondine, at the Antoine theatre in Paris. She won the role and went on to play in Elle t'attend in 2008 at the Madeleine theatre.
