Love handles on the horizon? Here’s how to get the body of an athlete.

Lace up your running shoes and put on that track suit because exercising is the perfect way to detoxify! Exercise is one of the best ways to fight stress. It’s good for your health and helps you maintain a regular sleeping pattern. Swimming, jogging, hockey and tennis are all great activities that you can do on your own or in a group, in summer or winter!

If you’d like to tone your upper body, tennis or badminton is your best bet. Both help develop your biceps, abdominal muscles, back, and trapezius muscle.

To combine upper body workout with leg strengthening exercises, beach volleyball is the perfect sport to try. It works the muscles of your lower body while you get to soak up the sun outside. Just be sure to protect yourself from the rays by wearing sunscreen! To work on dexterity, concentration and clearing your mind after a hard day’s work, golf is a great option.

If in spite of these suggestions you still prefer working out at home, get yourself some dumbbells and also work on your abdominal muscles to increase your core strength.
