L'Oreal Paris offers a satisfaction guarantee policy on the EXCELLENCE TO-GO HAIRCOLOUR KIT products only.
If you are not satisfied with the L'Oreal Paris product in question, we will be pleased to compensate you with a gift certificate valid for another L'Oral Paris product.

In order to be eligible to benefit from this satisfaction guarantee:

• You must STRICTLY follow usage instructions that were provided to you with the product. or contact our helpful advisors at 1-888-L'ORAL for more information.
• The product must have been purchased in the last 30 days. The 30 days are calculated from the date of the receipt of purchase to the date on the postage stamp.
• Send the original receipt and the UPC code of your L'Oral product together with your full name, address, telephone number and age.

This guarantee is valid from January 25th 2010 to September 30th 2010 and open to Canadian residents only. This satisfaction guarantee is only valid for products purchased in Canada .
A single compensation will be made per product, per person or per civic address. It may take up to four to six weeks to receive the gift certificate.
